From day 1, Nan impressed us by going above and beyond her call of duty. She treated our wedding as if it was her own. Her attention to detail and quick responses were such a breath of fresh air! It was pouring the day before our wedding, we could not even run our rehearsal. It was difficult to stay optimistic but Nan remained positive the entire way. She reassured us with every doubt, and remained on course to run our 'dream wedding' they way we envisioned it - & of course, she pulled it off! Amazing wedding! As a bride, I was really relax and enjoy the wedding, and many memorable moments I would never forget. All the processes go smoothly on that day, because of consideration and communication on details in advance. Amoment team helps me to choose the wonderful venue and has great recommendations on photographer and videographer. We did encounter a couple of hiccups before and even on the actual wedding day itself but Nan rose to the occasion. She sorted out issues on our photographer and on our personal videographer. Our wedding day was moved to a later day due to bad weather, and I was amazed how composed she was that the ceremony will push through. I love her optisimism even on challenging times. She showed true professionalism on how she conducted her business and was really responsive and receptive to all our concerns. Kudos Nan and to your team. We began planning an elopement with Nan, which quickly grew into a mini-wedding. From the start we were impressed with Nan’s knowledge, connections, tips and how easy she made the process. We were quite daunted by all the aspects of wedding planning but Nan took care of everything, giving us lots of options to personalise the wedding. Honestly the day was perfect and we couldn’t have had a better time, even with Covid lurking. The flower arch was gorgeous, vendors great, video and photography all great!!!

I would 100% recommend their service to anyone who wants to have a dream wedding of your own. Nan and her team are so professional with everything around a perfect wedding, they listen to your questions and requirements and then try their best to give you what you expect. They would also make reasonable suggestions so that you don't loose focus of what is more important. When I was busy obsessing with what I wanted, they were busy making plan B in case of windy/raining weather and it turned out to be a better plan than my plan A. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner!
