Had a blast at kingpin, thrashed the games and had a great time. Actually lost my phone and a fella named atlas cut a lap of the entire upstairs and downstairs to help find it. We did. Next level service and can’t wait to come back. What an addition to Queenstown!!!!!!

Amazing new entertainment attraction in Queenstown. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's just so much to do from bowling, to escape rooms, billiards, ping pong, arcade, darts and karaoke! Toilets were clean, the bowling balls and area used were sprayed and sanitized after each group used the space. Good hygiene practice. The food was good too. We ordered 2 pizzas which arrived with free popcorn for all. The children had a blast and so did the adults. We will be back for more fun!

We spent two evenings here, there was so much to do and it didn’t disappoint. A lot of selection on the food menu and decent servings. It wasn’t overpriced at all. Drinks service at the bar was excellent, as was the selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great for any age. We will definitely be back.

The team at Crew had a wonderful time. The whole experience was amazing, from the initial inquiry on the website to the day, it was a professional and easy process. The food was great, the activities were excellent , The Escape rooms were super hard. it's a superb venue and the staff were excellent. We will be back.

The most amazing entertainment venue in NZ. Wow ! Bowling, escape rooms, karaoke, Virtual reality & more, wow ... just wow !!! The food was delish and the cocktail menu was insane. High level of service from the team, i cant wait to go back with my hubby in a few weeks so we can enjoy together. Thanks for bringing such a luxe experiance to Queenstown, totally incredible, highly recommend.

Today we had the pleasure of being served by Summer and Georgia. We are beyond impressed with the quality of their service. Both girls are absolutely amazing and our un-intended 4 hours where made incredible by both of them. We intended a 30 minute stay, for the kids, but discovered thanks to Summer the most amazing cocktails. Love this place. Will be back :)

Stumbled across these guys while out exploring and it blew my mind! We had cocktails, (The Duchess was my fav!), and my partner had some Pork Belly and the tofu! So good! Definitely bringing my work crew here for our next event!

Great! So fancy looking compared to other arcade places, very clean too! Only thing is I think it’s a little pricey for ten pin bowling but still enjoyed it a lot.

I really want to thank all the Kingpin staff, for their hospitality and looking after us throughout our whole experience in the venue. We were a team of 9, and I can say we had the best night ever. So much fun!!! 100% recommend. Many many thanks, The team from Body Sanctum

First time at this venue and was absolutely amazed with the facilities and games on offer. The customer service and attention to detail from all staff we interacted with was fantastic as well. Only opportunity to improve on was the food; great offering but quality was a bit average. Very memorable experience overall !

Pretty good, some machines at the arcade were down on 2 separate days I was there though. Food upstairs was not bad. The pork belly bites and crackling were great, the salt and pepper squid wasn't what I was expecting but overall was good.

Pretty disappointed that there is no baby change table, no high chairs for babies & they only have the one set of toilets downstairs. Also one of the burgers my mother-in-law ordered was very spicy which was not mentioned anywhere on the menu or when ordered however the manager kindly changed her burger. The activity deals are great although the games are pricey & drinks are overpriced but overall we enjoyed our time.

LOVE! It’s an absolute must do. Staff were above and beyond. Jessie (manager?) was amazing in teaching how the cards work and explained the deals clearly and Mikayela (?) was amazing with my kids, my youngest was playing a game of air hockey by himself and she went over and joined him so he wasn’t doing it alone. Both also kept an eye on the kids while I was upstairs with the cocktails. ABSOLUTE must!!

Summer offered us the best service we have had since we arrived in Queenstown from the Waikato. Summer was a great personality for you establishment too. The pair ensured our kids and us had the best experience ever. Be proud of what you offer here, we had a fantastic time x

Really nice place, staff were super, food was good! On the technical side there were a few issues but the wonderful staff helped out and went above an beyond to make up for it. Definitely going back. Plenty to do as well!

Queenstown has another "must do" added to their name. Staff are incredible, food was delicious & drinks worthy for the gram

Brand new entertainment venue in big Q town. Did not disappoint. Great drinks selection. Great service. VR gaming must try. There is karaoke, bowling, ping pong, great arcade games. Burn your money here, its worth the visit for the family! :)

Amazing service and atmosphere! Make sure you get the private room and can order drinks right from your seat using the QR code. Sam the manager is truly an asset to the place, he made use feel like the place is ours to have control of with the privacy. Highly recommend 🤩

Kingpin wow, where do I start!?! Absolutely phenomenal, blown away by the staff, location, food, activities. It's a one stop shop. If you plan on traveling to queenstown or visiting, kingpin should be on the list. From bowling to karaoke their is so much to enjoy. (Plus for all those that arcade a bit your timezone cards work here)

Awesome entertainment games to play, me and my partner spent time really well here and have won good gifts from the tickets. And helpful and knowledgeable staff. Will be back :)

bowling are expensive. food are pretty average but expensive and so are the drinks.. other than that very good amusement centre...

It's a good place to spend quality couple of hours with your friends/family. Definitely worth a visit.

Have gone a few times now, awesome night out with friends and another time with the kids. It's pricey but worth it!

I went to Kingpin with my friends a few days ago. We had sooo much fun! Awesome place. Great option if it is rainy or you are with a group of friends!
