J.This is a beautiful location right in a park next to Lake Hayes. Early in the morning hot air balloons can be seen flying here. The water can be still enough here for beautiful reflection photos.
T.Needs more picnic tables (only 1 there) and also there are no rubbish bins. Good view of the lake bit that's about it. Usually nicely mown.
B.I've been to several events here, so our club used it for a gathering of 40 people and it worked out well. Good parking, good facilities and a great outlook over lake Hayes
