We had our wedding at NZHC in February 2021, and it was the most amazing view. A huge thank you to Sam, Mike and the team for helping set up the most beautiful celebration and organising logistics for us. Super helpful, above and beyond and the gorgeous view at Tussock Point certainly helps!

NZ High Country was the perfect location for our wedding, we loved everything about it! From the views to the incredible facilities, it was absolutely perfect : ) Its location made everything super easy, we had endless compliments from our guest of how incredible it was! The Team (Kylie and and Mike) right from the beginning, through to the very end made the process so simple and easy - nothing was a problem, they were there to help! I wish we could do it all again : )

Our wedding was held in late March at NZHC in Queenstown and it was outstanding. We used Tussocks Point for the ceremony and the amazing German made Wooden marquee for our reception at lake June. We chose NZHC for its capacity and it’s scenery with the hope it wowed our national and international guests. Our expectations and theirs were significantly exceeded. Property owner Mike was amazing showing us around the entire venue and farm during our first visit and showing us items that were available to use on the day. Venue planner Samantha was a delight to deal with. Always replying to my numerous emails with good explanations and excellent ideas. Sam helped co-ordinate the wedding rehearsal the day before and supported our MC and celebrant Throughout the day. We chose not to have an event planner as NZHC (Sam) advised she could work and co-ordinate amougst all the providers and bring everything together on the day and supported us to write a run sheet. It was amazing, our wedding was flawless. When I walked down the aisle I noticed there were items I had hired wine barrels and umbrellas that were there, which I hadnt recalled discussing. Sam and Mike due to the heat of the day had decided to make the change and put the umbrellas at Tussocks point for the ceremony rather than down at the reception. It looked amazing and was definitely the best decision based on the day. My husband and I are so thankful we had such a great team to work with in Mike and Sam at NZHC - our 150 guests were well looked after and the best part was the views, hospitality and dancing on the amazing bar at the end of the night. I’d highly recommend this venue to anyone seeking a senic and rustic location. New Zealand High Country an amazing place with a unique touch! A huge thank you goes to Sam and Mike. Cheers guys.
