D.Huge thanks to Jess and Sarah and the team at Simply Perfect. My husband and I had our wedding at Kamana Lakehouse, 2 days before the lockdown!! Although we had to postpone our mountain photoshoot, we still got lots of beautiful photos on the day. (Thanks Kate!!) We had so many compliments from guests how smoothly it ran, the atmosphere, food (OMG!),venue, flowers, deco, just everything. The day was just PERFECT. Thank you again Jess, Sarah, Charlotte from YBD, Kate from Kate Roberge Photography, Yanisa, and team at Kamana, for all your hard work and we will be forever grateful.
P.We were so lucky to have Jess and the team plan our organise our elopement at the beginning of August.
Jess was amazing, she made sure everything was stress and hassle free for us.
We couldn't be more pleased about how our special day turned out and we owe it all to Jess.

A.Sarah from Simply Perfect Weddings was the best wedding planner, coordinator and expert on all things about weddings that we could have asked for. Sarah put so much effort into designing and planning our day, was calm and reassuring through the COVID-19 changes and helped us pull together a ceremony and reception that was beautiful and so seamless!
Sarah helped us with options for our venue, the photographer and the celebrant; and worked on all of the details including advising on styling and arranging the florist and hair and makeup artists. We met the day prior for a pre-meeting and rehearsal and I was at ease knowing Sarah was 'all over it'.
On the day we didn't need to worry about a thing as the Simply Perfect Weddings team set up everything with the venue. Across the day Sarah was also coordinating logistics, keeping the timings to the schedule, working with our MCs and ensuring that we were all okay and having a good time.
There is so much Sarah did behind the scenes on our day and in the lead up to our wedding and we couldn't have pulled off our special day as half as good without Sarah. The complements from our guests alone speak to the quality and expertise of Simply Perfect Weddings and we are very grateful.

J.Carys and the team at Simply Perfect Weddings were an absolute pleasure to work with. They say planning a Wedding is one of the most stressful things you'll ever do, especially when it's an overseas Wedding. But having Carys assist us through the whole process made it completely enjoyable. Carys is so lovely and welcoming, my Wife and I flew to New Zealand 6 months before our Wedding to meet with Carys and check out our Wedding venues. Upon arrival we decided to change our venue, without hesitation Carys presented us with 3 new venues and spent hours travelling around Queenstown showing us the new venues and making sure that we were happy with our final decision. This is just one of the many special things that Carys did for us. From the initial planning stages to the high level communication and attention to detail. It was an extremely smooth process. Once the big day rolled around we were at ease and able to enjoy everything about it. Our Wedding day was absolutely perfect in every way. We owe everything to the hard work and dedication from Carys to make our day so special. C.We are based in the Manawatu so we needed help planning our dream wedding in Queenstown.
We were so lucky to find Sarah from Simply Perfect. She created a custom package for us which handled everything. All of the vendors were her recommendation and all of their services were built into our package. Sarah also organised a bus that picked everyone up from town and dropped them back off after the wedding. It made everything so much easier for our guests.
Sarah was incredible! She made sure everything was stress free and absolutely perfect. Our wedding was truly magically, we just couldn't of done it without her.

E.We'd always hoped our wedding day would be amazing but it was the most incredible day of our lives thanks to Simply Perfect NZ! Organising a destination wedding can be so overwhelming (we are in Australia) but Sarah made the whole experience so much fun and enjoyable and the day itself flowed seamlessly. It was such a blessing to be able to enjoy our special day with our family and friends and literally not have to worry about a thing.... We will forever be grateful we chose Sarah and The Simply Perfect team to organise our wedding and I honestly encourage anyone else thinking of marrying in Queenstown to do the same!
B.We booked Simply Perfect Weddings to help us plan our destination wedding in Queenstown (from Australia). The package included planning, styling and coordination on the day however due to COVID restrictions our wedding day did not go ahead. We did however go through the planning and styling phases and whilst the information was helpful, there was not a lot of additional value in the recommended suppliers as to what is freely available on QWA's website. The styling was also fairly simple and pulled together inspiration photos supplied by the client to match available hire items etc into a PDF document. All vendor bookings, negotiations and date changes etc were managed by ourselves. There is still a lot of work and planning on the client side, SPW is a good reference point but doesn't necessarily take care of a lot of the tasks involved during planning. We cannot speak for the on the day coordination as we didn't go on to use this service. If booking during COVID restrictions/uncertainty, deposit refund rules are very strict with no compromise even for events outside of the clients control.

A.What can we not say about Sarah and the whole Simply Perfect team? They have been the loveliest and most helpful since day 1. Planning a destination wedding is far from easy, but Sarah has made it enjoyable from start to finish. We feel incredibly lucky having them as our planner, especially when things started going haywire, with COVID-19 wreaking havoc on our guests' visa applications and other untoward cancellations. Sarah and her team were the calm voice of reason that got us through the storm, and at the end of the day, we did what we’d set out to do – get married and celebrate our love with our friends and families. And it was beautiful, just magical.
Sarah, Jen and I just cannot thank you enough. Whenever COVID-19 worries become too overwhelming, I look back to 20th February 2020 and I can’t help but smile and feel better. And this is largely because of you and your team. And for that, I am eternally grateful.
Friends, when we get past this pandemic (and we will), and if you’re looking for a wedding planner in Queenstown, we cannot recommend Sarah and the whole Simply Perfect team enough. With the team at the helm, you will surely feel that your wedding is really and truly yours.

From our first contact through to the day following our wedding you were absolutely incredible, organized and thought of all those details we wouldn't of, we can never thank you enough for keeping us stress free in the months, weeks and days leading up to our day. We were able to enjoy the whole process and we have the BEST memories from our wedding day as not only did we become Mr and Mrs but the whole day ran like a well oiled machine.
We were initially on the fence about whether or not we would have a wedding planner but I would never have been able to pull it off without Sarah, it was the best decision we made. We chose the carefree coordination and the styling and design package. Sarah styled our separate ceremony and venue sites beautifully and exactly to our style.

My husband and I had the ceremony among the tree tops at Ziptrek Eco tours. Their communication with us right from the start was fantastic. Considering the tricky location of our ceremony I was relieved that they had thought of all the little things that hadn't even crossed my mind.
On the day I really felt that I could relax while they took care of everything. Sarah even helped me to change into my wedding dress for the photoshoot!
Their communication with our celebrant, Ziptrek staff, photographer and makeup artist was great, I knew I could count on them and trust them to handle everything.
I got the impression that this isn't just a job for the staff, that they genuinely love what they do and want to do everything they can for their clients!

The team made sure everything was covered and organised, so we could relax and appreciate the run up and the day of the wedding. A totally stress free experience! Photographer, celebrant, flowers and the evening meal was so professional and they picked the best of the best in Queenstown. Everything down to the last detail was perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything better. We could truly enjoy the day instead of the usual stress that comes with a wedding and to top it off we had the most amazing photos to remind us of that spectacular day. Q.I wouldn't expect our wedding day to be any smoother. Even the weather... I don't know what they did, the forecast was not so promising but it ended up with all day sun. Many thanks to Jess and the team!
H.Thanks to Carys for being our coordinator and being so responsive and accommodating to our last minute changes! We planned it all in less than 2 months and without the help of Simply Perfect Weddings I don't think we could have pulled it off. We also managed to squeeze in everything on the day itself (ceremony, videography, heli-ride and 2 location photography shots) and it was certainly a day to remember for the rest of our lives!
