G.Your wedding is one of the most important days to you as a couple. You invest so much time and money into what is hopefully going to be the happiest day of your life. You will invite the closest of your friends and family to celebrate what could be the most elaborate event you will ever coordinate. It is made all the better when you have good vendors backing you up.
Wendy Barton was an absolute pleasure to work with. She gave us an abundance of information on what to expect out of our big day including some very helpful booklets. She was open to all the ideas we had and was experienced enough to know exactly how to execute them. Wendy was also very forward with her own experience without taking away from what we had to say. We found this very helpful as it alerted us to where we might trip up, and stopped us from getting too wild with our ideas or backing ourselves into a corner with something we couldn’t achieve.
Wendy presented herself beautifully. She was polite throughout all our interactions with her, and she put a huge amount of effort into making sure we had everything we needed to execute our dream ceremony. In conversations with some of the guests after the wedding, I heard things like “Your celebrant did an amazing job at keeping everybody engaged without being too overwhelming.”, and “…she made the ceremony flow very well…”.
With all the stress and coordination required to pull off a wedding like ours, a lot of the stress was relieved by the confidence of having as excellent a celebrant as Wendy Barton.

C.My husband and I got married at Eagle Ridge on the 26th October 2019. Wendy was an amazing Celebrant who tailored our ceremony to us. It could not have been more perfect, she made us comfortable right from the start. Wendy attended and ran our rehearsal before the wedding. She delivered the most amazing ceremony and even had a handkerchief ready for the tears. 10/10 would recommend Wendy she is the best of the best!

A.We would recommend Wendy to anybody looking to get married in the Bay Area, Tauranga. Wendy was warm, flexible and so perfect for our special day. Our wedding arrangement details were very last minute and Wendy was relaxed and happy to work with us.
Wendy also was willing to climb to the top of the Mount and even came in exercise gear and changed into a dress! The best celebrant ever! Thank you Wendy!! Xx

O.Wendy was the third celebrant we met. Shortly after meeting her it was clear she’s well prepared and was the prefect celebrant for our wedding.
She took time in explain the logistic to us, gave us heaps of options and information on how the ceremony could be and samples of vows and quotes.
On the day she was amazing, the ceremony was perfect and we highly recommend her! We received so many compliments from friends and family on the day.

J.The big wedding celebration my partner and I had planned had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. We decided to go ahead with a small ceremony at home four months later, and asked Wendy to be our celebrant. She was really understanding of our situation, and supported us through the process. She was easy to communicate with and really made an effort to get to know us as a couple, which was reflected in the beautiful and personalised ceremony that she wrote for us. Even though our wedding didn't go according to plan, Wendy helped make it the most perfect day for us!
