J.We booked the lookout lodge for a wedding, and everything was perfect. We had a room downstairs for grandma to retire to without the pesky staircase to climb, an ample number of guests for those overnighting, and the site itself was beautiful and the essence of the South Island. Nancy was fantastic to work with, and I’d recommend the lookout lodge without hesitation and would love to come back at some point in the future. Thanks again!
s.Our stay was for a big group, and this lodge was absolutely perfect. Our host Nancy was delightful and had everything ready before we arrived. Perfect spot amidst the hills, and so clean and warm with a lot of space to move around in.

Great bedrooms and shower/ bathrooms, fantastic views and stillness, very relaxing atmosphere away from busy central Wanaka.
