Peninsula Party Hire are fantastic! We contacted them a year before our wedding and can highly recommend them for any occasion. Their communication is 10/10, every email we sent was responded to swiftly and every change/alteration we made they were more than happy to do. No question was left unanswered. They completed a site visit before the wedding and when they came to set up on the day it was completed in such a professional manner. It made the bach look magical! We want to say a massive thank you to Richard, Helen and the rest of the team.

The Team at Peninsula Party Hire made planning our wedding super easy! They were very communicative about our needs and able to provide helpful tips and solutions. Set up and pack down of the marquee was all handled by the team so we had nothing to worry about. I was able to change a few things about my initial order without a fuss! The PPH team swung in behind us for our " mid omicron " 65th birthday party. They are a very competent and experienced team and nothing was any trouble. Everything was supplied in great condition and taken away without a hitch. We chose a big stretch tent. It was the perfect option for a omicron party with heaps of fresh air and was very easy to set up and keep our guests safe. Above all it looked absolutely stunning !!

Not only did we hire everything for our wedding from the team at Peninsular Party Hire but they also very kindly offered their venue Mill Creek Cottage to us when they realised that our initial plan wasn’t going to work. The moment we met Richard we instantly knew that we wanted to use his services, and seeing their beautiful venue for the first time was breathtaking- before they had even set anything up for us!

We hired a marquee and glassware from these guys for our wedding in the Coromandel. They were super helpful leading up to the day. We were trying to organize everything from home in Australia which was tricky but they were really accommodating. Richard even went out of his way to source and collect a PA system for us. Their team was prompt and professional, the marquee was perfect and looked great on the day. I will definitely hire from them again next time I get married...... just joking Nadine.

Richard, Helen and their team at Peninsula Party Hire worked with us to pull together our 'fiesta style' wedding just out of Coromandel Township on 8 Feb 2020. We could not have asked for a better team to work with, or service to be provided. Richard and Helen were incredible to work with over the year of planning, nothing was too hard and they were so nimble to our ever changing little requests, their communication and efficiency is top notch and it was so great to work with such a passionate company who really are willing to do whatever is needed to make your day what you want it to be. The set up/pull down team were absolute trojan's - such a slick and positive team who made the logistics around the setting up and removal of everything totally seamless. For our wedding in Feb 2020, we needed a marquee and all the trimmings, after receiving a sub standard experience with a company we had already paid a deposit with, we contacted Richard who could provide the whole package so we swapped to Peninsula. We are so glad we did as Richard was super helpful and accommodating when we chopped, changed and added things throughout the process.
Richard can provide the whole package from a marquee, gazebo, flooring, furniture, crockery, serving implements and lighting. We used it all to make the most beautiful setting for our wedding overlooking the coromandel.
A few days before the wedding, Richard and his team arrived ready to go and the marquee went up in record time. They were so professional and worked so well as a team with a big smile on their faces. They clearly love what they do and are great at it.
The marquee was spectacular and Richard was able to tailor it to our needs on the day to share the most spectacular views.
I highly recommend Peninsula, you get a high quality service from Richard and a wonderful experience all through the process.

Peninsula Party Hire were absolutely fantastic. We used their services for our wedding in February this year. They were so friendly, professional and easy to deal with and their communication was top notch. We found they had everything we needed and more and were happy to accommodate the numerous add-ons we requested. The marquee itself looked stunning and the outdoor lighting exceeded our expectations. We received so many nice comments on how the marquee looked and it was a shame when they came back to take it down. We definitely recommend Peninsula Party Hire to anyone looking to a hire a marquee.

In February 2020 my wife Sandra and I held a wedding reception at our property in Thames. Helen and Richard from Peninsular Party Hire were our first choice for a marquee. It was the right choice because we could not have asked for better service. In the months leading up to the reception they visited the property several times to ensure the correct positioning of the marquee that was to be erected and throughout this time consulted with us over every detail. They and their team arrived a few days before the reception to erect the marquee and it seemed like just minutes before it was erected with no fuss, no mess and no bother. Throughout this process they continued to advise and discuss the positioning of tables and chairs, flooring, lights, sound system and weather protection (rain was expected on the afternoon of the reception). The reception was wonderful success and this was due in no small part to the professionalism of Helen and Richard. Two days after the wedding Helen and Richard and their team arrived to remove the marquee and equipment. No fuss, no bother and no mess. Sandra and I cannot recommend Helen and Richard highly enough. What a great team and a great service.

Richard helped us choose the right marquee etc for our venue and also the location we would put the marquee, making sure if the weather packed in we wouldn’t get wet or cold! (We has the stretch tent) the marquee was put up a few days before the wedding, meaning we had lots of time to decorate and style as we wanted!
The whole process was made so easy by great communication and all the help I needed (especially as I was planning from over in Australia).
