My experience working with GB Pensions to extract my Pensions from the UK over to NZ was seamless. Total transparency in communication and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone wishing to do this - outstanding job!

GB Pensions are the ONLY team I would recommend in terms of transferring your UK Pension to NZ. With over 20 + Years of experience Tony Chamberlain and his team have the processes, systems and contacts to ensure that your pension is transferred as cost effectively as possible. I have seen first hand how the team manages this complex process and would certainly recommend that if you have a UK pension that needs to be transferred you talk to GB Pensions first.

Transferring pensions over from the UK is a complex and long process, not something you can do yourself and you need a company that is professional and diligent. GB Pensions were fantastic, Tony took the time to answer my many questions and gave me all the information I needed to understand what was needed. My Railways pension required a lot of extra work and an actual ream of paper in forms, plus Tony had to call them several times due to paperwork mix ups on their part. Thanks Tony & Nicola for all your hard work in getting my 2 pensions over to NZ. If you are looking for a company to help you with your pension transfer, GB Pensions is your best choice.

Experience is everything and when you find someone like Tony and his team you know you will have a great experience. From start to finish the advice Tony gave was accurate and professional and once I authorised him to proceed with transferring my pension the whole process was painless and unbelievably fast. I cannot recommend Tony, Nicola and the rest of the team highly enough, they will give you their best service and at great value for all the complex work they undertake on your behalf in pension transfer.

My UK pensions were in an awful state. I had 5 pensions with different providers and another one with a company I had previously worked for. Tony and Nicola at GBPensions were amazing, they sorted out all of the paperwork and contacted all the pension companies on my behalf. One pension company was extremely awkward and only wanted to deal with me directly, whenever they emailed me I knew I only had to contact Nicola and she would come straight back and advise me how to respond and what questions to ask. I felt like I had the best team working for me in my corner. All of my pensions are now safely under one roof and in NZ thanks to GBPensions, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Tony and his team helped to make what is a super complicated process easy. The explanations were clear and easy to understand and Tony knows his stuff. He was very upfront with how long it can take and how arduous the paper work was. Both my husband and I did transfers with Tony and we are both super glad we did. Would definitely recommend GB pensions to anyone considering doing a pension transfer. My only recommendation do it sooner rather than later.

The team at GB Pensions are fantastic. We used them initially to bring over my husbands British Gas pension, they explained everything so simply for what is quite a complex process. It was at one of the meetings that we jokingly said that I might have a UK pension. They were only too happy to investigate and low and behold I did have a pension. It too has now been finalised. We seriously couldn't recommend BB Pensions enough, they are fantastically awesome.

GBPensions have been great, I felt comfortable dealing with the team from the outset. I dreaded the idea of sorting out my three Pension Transfers simply because I knew it was going to be complicated, time consuming and, this was not my field of expertise by any stretch of the imagination. However, once I contacted GBPensions my concerns were allayed and I felt at ease. At no time was I put under any pressure, the process was explained clearly and in language I understood. The forms were all prepared and I simply had to complete the required questions and details. If I had to do this on my own, I would have made mistakes and the process would have been protracted with critical deadlines missed for sure. It took a long time to transfer my UK pension from a very awkward Hargreaves Lansdowne but Tony and his team kept me in touch all the way and when it was eventually transferred they explained in which funds it had been invested, and myself being a novice in financial affairs it was essential. If I ever phone GB Pensions, they answer the phone promptly and my questions are answered clearly and concisely. I have no qualms about recommending GB Pensions.
