A.Matthew, James and Michael at Lighthouse are the most knowledgeable and collected financial experts my partner and myself have ever had the pleasure of working with. We went through a few companies over the past 3 years, trying to locate someone who would understand our situation and provide a service that we couldn't do ourselves. The difference was immediately apparent and our experience only got better from there.
Matthew provided an excellent on-boarding for our unique set of requirements, James gave us helpful advice that took us from thinking about what we needed to do to doing it, and Michael took us through the entire process of buying our first home without any surprises. We never felt overwhelmed and while the process can naturally be quite stressful, every correspondence with them has been matter-of-fact and reassuring.
Lighthouse are definitely looking out for their clients and it shows, I'm excited to continue working with them. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to better understand and make positive, informed decisions on their financial situation.

A.I was feeling very unsure about how to manage my upcoming retirement, whether to purchase a maintenance free property or continue to rent until it's time to move into a retirement village lifestyle, or do something that included family shared living.
Being introduced to James brought all my attention and stress around this pivotal time, to a grateful halt. He advised me well with a plan that was going to work best for my outcome. It was one that I had not pursued because of fear of losing what I had to scammers or schemes that could fall over.

P.Matthew and the team were initially shoulder tapped after the skyrocketing prices of my previous provider PWC. Property tax returns did everything I require....more expediently and at a far better rate than PWC. The tax return was more favorable to despite dropping interest rates. We were so stoked we are now using there other services
Investment portfolios and kiwisaver.

G.Lighthouse absolutely nailed our mortgage process. They handled a complex application with ease and more impressively turned it around in a VERY tight timeframe. Our accountant (who deals with mortgage applications all the time) told us that other brokers would not have be able to complete it in the time given and was thoroughly impressed by how hard Lighthouse pushed for us.
