David helped us borrow money for our business. We had already tried getting a loan through another larger group, but they weren't able to get us one (so David is pretty good at hunting them out!) It is our first loan and David patiently guided us through the process.

David is very professional and knows what to do to help his customers to get what they need. He does not give up until you are satisfied. Two years ago we were unable to get a bank mortgage even though our credit rating was good and we had more than 20% deposit. Our age counted against us so we had to accept a solicitors loan which was for two years only at 7% (Interest only) about twice the bank rates. Very expensive!! It also had to be repaid when the term was up. During the last 5 months, with David's guidance, we reorganized our affairs and David managed to work a miracle by obtaining a bank mortgage on very favorable terms at less than half the previous interest rate. My wife, family and I were totally happy with the result. We now have a mortgage that we can easily manage and will not have to sell our home as was a distinct possibility.

David provided outstanding support to us in refinancing our banking. His knowledge also resulted in us saving $500 a year on our electricity bill. More than that though was his wisdom with budgeting. Ideas and tips on managing money that are very valuable.
