K.Cameron has been nothing short of outstanding to deal with through a very tricky purchase of our new family home in the heated Auckland property market. With demand putting a handbrake on the bank’s ability respond quickly to lending queries, Cameron’s knowledge and skill of tailoring specific lenders to our situation was indispensable. Cameron pulled out all the stops to secure additional lending on auction day, worked tirelessly through holidays and used his connections to secure us a fantastic deal. D.Cameron made finding the best deal for our latest mortgage an easy process, filling out one intuitive online as opposed to one per bank. Dealing with one person and process was invaluable with a young family taking up so much time. Lastly, having a knowledgeable person to bounce ideas off of regarding the structure of the loan was really beneficial for challenging any ideas I had going in. Lastly, seeing as our purchase happened during lockdown it was fantastic to have a friendly person on the other end of the phone during a very stressful time.

L.Buying, building, or renovating a home is overwhelming enough, but when you have to struggle through the financing process as well it can all just get a bit much. We recently did a sizeable rebuild on our home and refinancing was meant to have been a simple process but our existing lender ended up making it so stressful. That was when Cam came to our rescue, he could see how tough a time we were having and went out of his way to help us. Nothing was too much trouble, and he quickly made what was becoming an overly stressful experience quite simple. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and has taken great care of us ever since.
