We first heard about Business Success Partners through the succession planning workshop our friends were on in BOP. We decided to use a mentor instead of the group training as we wanted a more one on one experience. The changes 18 months later are incredible to say the least. The business is more profitable, properly systemised and the staff are much happier too. We have more free time and spend less time worrying about cashflow, debtors etc . Best move we ever made and should have done it a long time ago. We even had a proper relaxed holiday for the first time in 13 years!

If everything in your business is going downstream & you are ready for change call Rob. His assessment of our business was “death by thousand cuts”, and he was right on the money! But with his suggestions, advise, reports and other tools plus ongoing support, things started heading upstream. There nothing magical about what Rob does, he just gives you the courage to do the things you may not be able to do yourself while juggling everything and the data to show you why you’re doing it. That’s had to argue with, and the support is the big thing here. The phones to check your ok become something to keep you going as a business owner. Tom was a business mentor several years ago in the early days of my business building mission. His experience in managing people was hugely valuable in new learnings for me. Some days, I would be pulling my hair out with various business challenges. He provided specific examples and incites that amplified my learning. He asked powerful questions and led me through what felt like a dark tunnel (at times), where he was able to shine the torch and guide me through.
