J.After attending the 3 day course with Werner, I feel like I've had my eyes open to a whole new world of personalities and people. Managing a team comes with complexities and I now feel equipped with a set of powerful tools to deal with conflict and have a thriving culture. Thanks so much PCM and Werner! This was the best intensive training I've ever attended! I highly recommend!

PCM training is currently being rolled out across my health service organisation and the impact is vast. We have been given a set of skills which collectively improve the way we understand and engage each other. S.Fascinating insight into how my brain and personality works. The PCM model is a personality profile that helps you gain insight into how you approach challenges and relate with others. PCM run courses for both individuals to better understand themselves, and for corporate teams on how to communicate and perform better with each other. Apparently it's the framework that NASA uses for astronauts to help them communicate well in enclosed spaces for long periods of time, and the Royal College of Neurosurgeons use it so neurosurgeons communicate well in high pressure situations. If it's good enough for surgeons and astronauts then it's good enough for me!
S.PCM gave a refreshing & interesting perspective to communication based on essentials of personality structure & motivation across all personality types.
You might think ‘oh no not another communication seminar’ but this is a unique & energising experience. As a manager of nearly 30 years I would highly recommend as Werner Naef’s presentation was fun & full of practical ideas & options for motivating & leading teams. You are also provided with your own personality structure & motivation essentials profile after completing an interesting pre-seminar questionnaire. The techniques to motivate different personalities are simple. Attend & be prepared for a great time.
L.I've been working with leaders and business owners for years and worked with a wide range of profiling tools and practices ... and PCM blows them all out of the water! I wish I'd discovered this sooner!!
PCM is incredible for understanding and connecting with others - and should be compulsory training for anyone who manages people.
G.Pre workshop I was preparing to attend just another profile based learning module, however after experiencing 3 days of Werner's engaging approach, and ability to explain the complex in a simplistic manner, I have walked away with a better understanding of how I can positively impact my team through more effective communication channels. P.Was a great experience to get first insights into PCM. Even though most of my personal characteristics have been given to PCM by myself upfront (by answering some questions online), I was surprised how much additional information could be extracted. Information that helps me improving my communication skills and adressing others in the daily business. I strongly recommend to take the chance and join a 3-day course. You'll definitely be surprised!

The material was interesting, easy to understand and most importantly relevant.
I found the content directly applicable to both my personal and work life.
I continue to utilise my learnings from PCM as I found it really beneficial in improving my own understanding of how I communicate and gain insight into how others communicate with me.

j.Thanks to the PCM Oceania team and especially Werner for conducting such a dynamic and personal course. Whilst answering the initial questionnaire online I was curious about what sort of matrix was behind it and what could these mundane, daily habit and reaction questions really say about me. I was so excited to find out my results and when they were presented so clearly and logically many of my own self doubts and subtleties became clear. I now use this self-knowledge to manage my daily reactions, I understand why my joys and disappointments fall where they do and this actually helps me "cut myself a break", but better yet I can pre-plan how to react better, how to interact with others and use my worktime and downtime more effectively. If you are lucky enough to be able to participate in the PCM workshop I know you won't regret it. Juanita an Imaginer.
