Cherie is amazing! Our 9 month old daughter was sleeping in our bed, waking 5-6 times a night and taking over an hour to get to sleep and we’d reached our limit of sleep deprivation! We were nervous about any form of sleep training but we needed help. After we had our session with Cherie our daughter was self soothing after the first night. Her day sleeps were in the cot too (she had never slept in her cot before!) We couldn’t believe it! Cherie was available throughout the settling period for any questions and it made it feel like she was right there holding our hand. Working with Cherie has been life changing for our family’s sleep. I’d highly recommend to anyone (and would have done it earlier if I knew!) Thank you so much.

Within one week of Cherie's support, my four month old went from waking multiple times a night and only settling through feeding, to being able to self settle and only

I have a toddler and 11 month old twins, and we were really struggling with our twins' sleep. They were waking constantly throughout the night and needing a lot of assistance with settling, so we were just totally exhausted. Cherie was an absolute life saver! Both babies are now sleeping through, needing no feeds over night, and are settling independently for naps and bedtime! Such a game changer! Cherie is so lovely to deal with and is incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the training process. We would highly recommend Just Love Sleep.

Cherie is fantastic - she gave me the push I needed to get my 8month old son’s sleep sorted. He was waking 3-4 times in the night and needed to feed him back to sleep and heavily reliant on using a dummy. I previously sleep trained my elder son at around the same age and worked really well so I wanted the same for my second son. By night 3 of the training he was sleeping through the night! Cherie was very understanding and gave me really good advice and encouragement to stick with the plan. Gave me some very good tips and reading material for going forwards too. We contacted Cherie because our little munchkin was waking every hour at night, and he needed help with naps. I was sleep-deprived and needed help desperately when a friend recommended Cherie to me. After just a few days we saw a big improvement and my 8- month-old baby was finally sleeping through the night and day naps were going well. Round two with Cherie, this time for our 3 year old transitioning to dropping midday nap. Lots of helpful resources and suggestions provided by Cherie. She gave us the reassurance that we were on the right path and provided more structure to assist with the transition. As a result, we’re managing to bring her bedtime forward and have more us time once the kids have gone to sleep.
Update on Baby #1, 10 months old: one month on, still sleeping like a champ, even through a recent cold. Sleeping through the night is just gold!

We contacted Cherie after months and months of patting and singing our daughter to sleep - often spending an hour at a time to get her to sleep and then she wasn't connecting her sleep cycles so we would be back every 30 minutes in the day and up every 1-2hourly at night. To say I was exhausted was an understatement. We had a phone consult with Cherie where she asked lots of questions - not just about sleep - to really get to know our daughter and our situation. She then gave us a tailored sleep plan as well as a day time routine to try. She was always available by text, especially on the first night we were able to contact her until 9pm which was SO helpful, not being alone. Cherie told us our daughter would get the hang of it by day 3 and we thought to ourselves - "you don't know our daughter" but man we were pleasantly surprised and proved wrong when she slept through for the first time in 10 months!
I would 100% recommend Cherie for any parents wanting a better night sleep as well as a more peaceful baby that is getting the sleep they need in a day and isn't over tired and cranky.
Life changing - best money we have spent on our daughter to date!
Cherie is also so kind and caring and truly wants to help in a way that works for you and your family - she reviews a daily log to see if there is anything that needs to change in the routine/plan.

I reached out to Cherie when Chloe was 9 months. Chloe relied on being fed or rocked to sleep and was having 30-45 minute naps and waking multiple times a night. We were bed sharing to make life easy but I was ready to make a change.
I couldn’t recommend Cherie enough! With her help and support after a few nights Chloe was settling herself to sleep within 5 minutes, spending the full night in her cot and waking a lot less. By the end of the first week, Chloe was sleeping through the night and having much longer lunchtime naps.
I cant believe how much has changed in such a short amount of time. Thank you Cherie for giving me the tools and confidence to make the changes necessary for more restful nights sleep for our whole family.

Cherie was recommended by a good friend. It got to a point where Miss 10 month old’s lack of sleep was impacting on our relationship and my mental health, before we reached for help. There’s a truck ton of information on the topic of sleep, and for us it was super helpful to have an experienced Mum of four guide us through the process of sleep training. What we were doing was a downwards spiral from a place of utter exhaustion and it wasn’t working. Cherie’s approach was gentle, bespoke and holistic. And by day 2, Miss 10mo was already picking it up. Cherie was super generous with her time, and even gave us suggestions for Miss 3. Cherie, we can’t thank you enough for helping everyone in our house sleep better. And for that we feel so much more energised to be ourselves, parent better, work AND have more 1:1 time as a couple :)

I contacted Cherie after a few months of average sleep. My 8 month old had not fully recovered from the 4 month sleep regression - while we weren't having terrible nights, I knew it could be better and was returning to work soon so sleep was becoming a priority! Cherie confidently confirmed that he could sleep through the night and after only 2 nights with minimal tears we achieved that. Thanks so much Cherie for being so kind, understanding and encouraging.
