Cillin is an absolutely lovely man who does what he says and gets results. He is warm, insightful and supportive and made me feel like I could be very real with him (and we had some good laughs along the way too). Cillin's coaching style is values based and helped me unpack my career purpose based on my passions. The activities we undertook helped me gain a lot of clarity around exactly what I wanted and had to offer. That confidence was ideal for the start of my job search. Cillin also recommended a recruitment agent who totally got me and put me forward for the job I am in now, which is absolutely bang on for me. Thanks so much Cillin!!

I had been in coaching sessions before, but nothing like this. Cillín helped me to identify the obstacles for my career development in just a couple of sessions. He, also, helped me to successfully overcome personal issues that have been haunting me since I was a kid. On the third and fourth session we created a strategy to overcome these obstacles and, now, my work and personal life are on the next level. Finally I reach a point that I’m thriving! I can’t recommend Cillín enough to anyone who has the willingness to progress but, for some reason, is stuck. Cillín’s holistic approach will help you and you will take the learnings with you for the long term.
