I made an order over the phone as I needed a quick arrangement of flowers within 30 minutes and they were more than willing to sort that out for me without problem. I asked for white roses and gave them the freedom to choose the rest (paper, ties, other flowers). The end product was incredible and I was so pleased!
Definitely will be coming back again :)
