A couple of days ago from across the ditch, we ordered a birthday bouquet for our Mum in Auckland. We decided to go with Florist’s Choice with a note to use bright colours. This morning I received an email from Best Blooms with photos of the beautiful bright bouquet design they created that would be delivered to our Mum today. She received them a few hours later and absolutely loved them!
From ordering to delivery, everything went smoothly. And the lovely email with photos of the bouquet ‘in-advance’ was a really great touch. Thank you!

The website is easy to navigate and very user-friendly, had photos including size references which is very helpful. After purchasing online, received 2 emails confirming the order. On the day of delivery, receieved an email of a photo of the flowers before it got send it which is fantastic, flowers came fresh and smelling amazing. S.I am so amazed with the service provided by the Best Blooms team 🙌 I am in Canberra, Australia and I needed to send some flowers for my baby niece for her home welcome function today. I called Best Blooms at 9:05 am (time in Canberra), asked them if they could do a delivery for me today before 4pm and they asked details for delivery and said it was possible. They were super helpful and very kind to talk to. I placed the order online on their website at 9:30 am, received an email from them with photos of the beautiful arrangement in 20 mins😱 How fast is that?! I was especially pleased to find someone offering ethically-sourced chocolate products and I thought the Berry Bliss Gift Package was a perfect combination of things. All items had a touch of difference to normal giftware and the mix was very pleasing. Not florists issue, but noted courier didn't wear a mask so perhaps feedback could be given to the delivery company. Kā mihi.

A really nice touch was Best Blooms sends you (the purchaser) a couple photos of the flowers to be delivered. Includes a message card and if you are stuck on what to say, the website provides some suggestions for you. Also received a discount code for additional orders.
Used Best Blooms (online) again in July for my other daughter and was delivered to her CBD location perfectly on time and the flowers were beautiful. However sadly, no photo this time from Best Blooms.

J.Placed an order early afternoon for delivery same day - seems hard to find a florist that will accept orders so 'late' in the day even when you search locally!
Arrangement was beautiful and so far has lasted five days and still looks good!
Part of this may be the use of plastic sheaths to hold up some of the flowers, and that would be the only thing I would change - would like to see eco-friendly arrangements with as little plastic wrapping and accessories etc as possible, just what is needed to keep the flowers in water which at least is recyclable as soft plastic.

M.I purchased the Roses and Lillies with some chocolates. I received a confirmation email of the order straight away with confirmation of delivery for the following day. The next day I also received an e-mail with a picture of the flowers to be delivered, which looked exactly the same as the website. It has now been 2 weeks since the flowers were delivered and they are still going strong.
