J.Brooklyn Flowers is my go to flower joint. For any occasion, birthdays, deaths, engagements, even just a little something special for a loved one, these guys have it all. Beautiful bouquets and great arrangements. My grandmother arranged flowers and I think she would have been very impressed seeing some of the bouquets Brooklyn Flowers produce. Friendly staff with great attitudes and a love for all things floral.

D.Ordered flowers for my partner on Valentines Day and was super stoked that you were able to deliver on V Day. She was very happy and said they looked very beautiful. I only take a star off because I personally don't like the heavy branding that comes with the flowers, but again, that's just a personal preference. Otherwise would recommend 100%!

I have never purchased/seen closed flowers being sold from florists in my life. I enquired it to the staff over the phone why all the flowers are closed and she kindly explained to me that they sell closed flowers all the time because there are many people complaining about flowers dying too quick if they sell open flowers. To be honest, I wasn't really convinced. Why wouldn't you just buy them from plant shop if you wanna keep them home for a long time. I don't think poeple buy flowers from florists to see the flowers blossom over a few weeks at home but to give someone the flowers when they are open and beautiful. I'd rather buy them from plant shops if I wanted to keep and see them opening at home. I have asked around people about it to see if it was just me who feels this way and their responses were same as mine. I think you should have at least an option to buy open flowers or a statement on the website to notify the consumers that the closed flowers will be delivered.
Overall - 3
I personally won't buy flowers from this shop again according to the above reasons.
J.Truth is I was what is commonly known as “… in the dog house…” Needed the best flowers and same day delivery to get “…out of the dog house…” Brooklyn sent the most amazing fresh dozen roses I’ve ever seen. Delivery service was superb!!! Wonderful service and product. Amazing

D.The flowers were lovely and delivered same day. When I didn’t answer phone the staff made a sensible decision to change the heart candy ordered ( out of stock) to another product. A text about the “ out of stock” would have alerted me well during work hours as I did not recognise the phone number . Thanks anyway.
E.Bought a bouquet of the week with peonies and stock. Peonies were very small (half the size of normal), though they did provide one extra. Brook kindly offered a full refund and noted they won’t be buying those flowers again based on the quality - I appreciated the good service.

My Mum was absolutely in awe of how bright and beautiful her flowers were. She said she’d never ever received such a Huge bouquet of flowers and I’m extremely happy that they were delivered the day after ordering online. Thankyou sooooo much. Would highly recommend.
ᄒ.Ordered flowers online for the first time! Although the tulips were not open at the time of receival (probably because it was delivered after sunlight), it was in excellent condition. Out of all, the service was on point. Wanting it to be the best gift, I was a bit picky and asked for a few things, which were all processed professionally. Thank you for that. J.I ordered a bouquet for a 25th Anniversary in New Zealand. Although I was impressed with the prompt, on time delivery of the order, I was quite disappointed with the arrangement of the bouquet. Considering it was a special silver wedding anniversary, the bouquet should have included a few roses instead of the cabbage flowers.

T.The flowers were stunning and the person who I sent them too loved them very much. I ordered the daily bunch and was also very impressed. Only downfall was they couldn’t meet the delivery time I requested due to afternoon traffic but I did receive a call to ask if they could send it to a home address instead so I appreciate that there was a call. All in all good experience and I did order the same day delivery so maybe next time I’ll try order the day before

A.I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers from my husband from Brooklyn Flowers. I have just returned from Australia and I’m in isolation. The flowers are just exquisite. I think so and I know so, because I studied floristry for a year. The bouquet is called ‘Cheerful’ and these flowers really have brought me joy and brightened up my room. I can also see that over time, if I remove some of the flowers when they’ve had it, other flowers and foliage will last the full 2 weeks that I’m here... probably beyond that! Awesome!!
