I have ordered a few flowers for different people, different nationalities and careers. I just needed to give her key words and she knew what they would like. She has a perfect sense and all the people who received the flowers were very happy and satisfied, send me amazing compliments. Even I didn't have to be in the shop as she organised courier service with card service. Absolutely highly recommended.

A huge thank you for the amazing flowers for our wedding! Sonny did a wonderful job on the bridal+bridesmaids bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, ceremony decorations and reception flowers. Everything was just perfect and we had so many compliments! Once again, thank you for helping make my wedding so beautiful. I truly appreciate the part you played in making the best day of my life! I was ordering flowers from the UK for my aunt, for a special occassion, and so I called Flavells Floral Boutique rather than ordering online, as I wanted to be sure that what was delivered would look exactly like those in the website photo. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful, even calling me back (at least twice) when the phone line kept crashing. The arrangement I chose was called My Fair Lady ('classic' size), and the fair lady that received it was absolutely delighted with it, saying that the flowers were beautiful and that they'd been delivered the same day (as I'd requested). I would definitely use this florist shop again.

Thank you for the beautiful flowers! I ordered the "classic" size. Looked different from what I looked at online, but not surprising, considering that we've just come out of level 3 lockdown and some of the flowers may have been unavailable (this was mentioned on the website). When I rang to find out the approx. time the flowers would be delivered, the lady was very nice and helpful. It was delivered just after lunch. Great service, thank you!
