Flori is simply amazing! I had an order for a custom request and that was for a floral garland to decorate the head table… they did not disappoint! It was absolutely stunning and they worked with my budget. Thank you so much Rio and team. I placed the order on the same day and received it the same day. Amazing service!

Lovely little florist on Ponsonby road, Went there last friday to organize Valentines day flowers. Very friendly staff ( or maybe the owner). Also very handy that they sell chocolate treats in the shop aswell, as Roses and chocolate goes extremely well together. If you’re looking for something flowery give them a go. Also handy that they’re open to 6 PM during the week. Anytime again Looking forward to seeing you again. Cheers Gerrit

Hello from Toronto, Ontario CANADA! I used R&R Flowers to deliver a bouquet and some chocolate to my cousin who was celebrating a birthday and had just given birth a few days prior. Best customer service ever!! All the way from Canada, I was able to message via chat what I was hoping to achieve in sending the most perfect bouquet to my cousin within my budget. They were so responsive during the chat, about everything, cost, bouquet, delivery area - as I was not familiar with terms "City" and "Region" etc. Also communicated with me via email after I left the chat, to ensure confirm details. So awesome! Bouquet and chocolate were delivered in a timely manner and my cousin was so surprised! She sent me a photo and truly it was a stunning bouquet! So happy! Thank you so so so much! Also I will note that the penmanship on the note is the best I've seen in a while :) I'd totally give hugs to everyone involved!

Beautiful flowers and prompt responses. Given it was for Mother's Day they arrived slightly later in the day which I was fine with as I was kept up to date on timing of delivery all day however Rio did the loveliest thing and sent a box of chocolates the next day as she felt bad that they were delivered later than she had expected. This was such a lovely gesture and unnecessary but it's made mine and the recipients day. Will definitely be using you again in the future. Thanks again so much!!
