Happy to say Jenny and team exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond and were able to include a special request without issue. My mum absolutely loved her birthday flowers. P.I ordered flowers and wine for my friend's birthday in Auckland from the UK and the service has been great. S.I have used AUCKLAND FLOWERS service more than once, and Jenny is really doing an amazing job with gift hampers and flowers for all occasions... which comes with a reasonable price of course... it makes a big difference in this hard time with COVID-19.

L.Buying flowers, when you are across the world from where they need to be, is tricky. When you are buying over the weekend, when the actual store is closed, so no chance of a phone call to stress the importance of the delivery timing ( family funeral), forces one to take a leap of faith. Flowers Auckland came out tops!. From the 1st email, when the the flowers left on delivery, to the following response, when delivery was queried, just made the the entire experience 1st class. Well done Flowers Auckland, our little token, to show some comfort and share in pain of bereaved family was well received.

M.Based in the UK, I required a florist to deliver to a very good friend of mine now in NZ. Web site was very easy to negotiate, as was the purchase and confirmation by email. The result was as desired for my friend who was taken aback, so my thank you was delivered. Many thanks for making the process very easy & comfortable but mostly thanks for the delivery being on time as stated.
I would recommend to any one looking for a good florist to uphold their end of the contract, I would use again in a heart beat.

C.I ordered flowers from my Netherlands location for delivery to my sister-in-law's Auckland address for her 50th birthday. Their website is user-friendly with a lot of different options. They had been inundated with Mother Day's requests and with covid effects couldn't intially delivery on Mon, but after I asked if they could find a spare slot for Mon, Jenny replied that they would ensure it due to the occasion. Not only are they a flexible team and go the extra mile, the flowers and choc themselves were stunning and beautifully presented. I will definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

A.Exceptional customer service!! I phoned this morning at 8am when it opened & spoke to Jenny to order flowers to pick up at 8.45am for a work colleagues farewell this morning. A.I ordered a red rose from England for my young niece who loves roses and steampunk. The florist read my birthday message and without me knowing wrapped the rose to look more 'punk' than the advertised bouquet and my niece was bedside herself with joy! Good call!
L.I ordered flowers back in Nov. For my sisters birthday. Her favorite flowers are Cala lilies. When ordering the color selection stated bright colors, I had really wanted a plum color, but thought any color would be appropriate. When my sister sent the picture of the Cala lilies I was very pleased and she was too they were a beautiful plum color. Not only were they a gorgeous color the quality was outstanding! When my parents visited in January (from Canada) they were still looking fine. I have never seen flowers last that long. Amazing, thankyou for the great service! r.I recently used Flowers Auckland to send flowers to a friend who's husband has passed away and to send bears to 2 little girls who had just lost their father.
I got my timing mixed up and flowers which were supposed to go to the remembrance celebration became a rush job. Jenny at Flowers Auckland dropped everything to get a beautiful bouquet prepared and delivered to someone who really needed it, and 2 bears delivered to 2 little girls who needed something to hug.
