The lady I did the order with was very helpful & friendly, then I rang bk 2 hrs later i phd to change some writing on the card, & the lady was helpful and said she would rewrite it & it wasn't a problem & no extra charge which I expected the

I dealt with Luke and found him to be extremely helpful and kind. Took down all the relevant details, answered my silly questions and had the bouquet delivered within the agreed time-frame. Thanks again for your help Luke, will certainly be back for future occasions.

Hello all. Went to this florist due to convenient location, near the place I was staying. At a first glance I was sceptical as there were little, if any bouquets, to choose from, and I'm a visual person. As it happens, this is an "ask and you shall get so much more than you ask for" kind of place. The florist, called Luke (I think) with 30 years experience, made a superb floral arrangement on the spot. It was quick, beautiful and within a budget. Recepient of the flowers loved it. I went back to the shop 4 days later to get another bouquet and it was just as an excellent experience. Thank you Flowers on the Hilltop, I shall be returning to your services. Wish everyone else a similar grant experience. P.S. these flowers set me back $60 each.

Great customer service! And love how affordable they are. I am a bit rubbish when it comes to technology so I phoned up to make an order. I forgot the name of the lady I was speaking to but she was super helpful and easy to chat to. She went through the whole process on the phone with me, confirming which flowers and how many I'd like and any delivery instructions. Thank you guys, it helped so much having a friendly team deal with you when you need flowers for a sad situation! They loved the flowers and turned out prettier than I thought! Will definitely order again :)

They are absolutely amazing! The staff are so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. It is Easter Weekend and I so needed to have sympathy flowers delivered in Auckland at late notice. Their service was truly exceptional, even though I had missed the daily delivery, when they realised I was in Australia they offered to do my bouquet and deliver it after hours! Amazing!! This kind of service and kind hearted staff are hard to find and I believe their bouquets are a reflection of their beauty. You won't be disappointed.

This year was especially trying and my brothers wedding was already postponed due to covid and lockdown. We suddenly found ourselves scrambling and this wonderful florist Gaylene stepped up to the challenge. She had my vision and design sorted in a day. I ordered some flowers and a teddy bear for a newly born baby girl. I spoke to Lorraine to ensure that the delivery would be made same day. She was lovely and followed up with the courier. The flowers arrived and they were spectacular , and the lil teddy was very cute and so soft for the baby. Thank you to Lorraine and the team for going all out

Amazing!!!!!! Had a last minute order for a buttonhole (the day before) during ball season. May not seem like a lot to get organised however they where the ONLY florist in the area that wasn't rude to me when I called, they gave me all the information I required AND the online ordering system was a godsend! Awesome stuff!

I live in Australia and am not able to attend a family funeral due to the COVID travel restrictions. I was able to get an idea of their products on the website and later called to enquire and arrange the finer details such as the type of flowers, what to write on the card, where to deliver, and finalise card payment. Luke did a beautiful job on the wreath and sent me photos of the final product. A seamless, pleasant experience overall in dealing with them internationally.

I have used this Florist many times over the last few years. Their work is beautiful and the quality of the blooms is second to none. They go out of their way to assist with whatever occasion you are sending flowers for. Cannot recommend highly enough. Simply awesome!

Great service, we ordered a corsage and it wasn't quite ready when we came to pick it up so the lady behind the counter quickly put it together beautifully might I add and also threw in a small bouquet of tulips as an apology. So sweet

It's only a small outlet but the quality of their product is very high. There's the option of buying singles through to large bouquets of all things seasonal. My only real negative is that the prices are quite high.
