Hello all. Went to this florist due to convenient location, near the place I was staying. At a first glance I was sceptical as there were little, if any bouquets, to choose from, and I'm a visual person. As it happens, this is an "ask and you shall get so much more than you ask for" kind of place. The florist, called Luke (I think) with 30 years experience, made a superb floral arrangement on the spot. It was quick, beautiful and within a budget. Recepient of the flowers loved it. I went back to the shop 4 days later to get another bouquet and it was just as an excellent experience. Thank you Flowers on the Hilltop, I shall be returning to your services. Wish everyone else a similar grant experience. P.S. these flowers set me back $60 each.

Great customer service! And love how affordable they are. I am a bit rubbish when it comes to technology so I phoned up to make an order. I forgot the name of the lady I was speaking to but she was super helpful and easy to chat to. She went through the whole process on the phone with me, confirming which flowers and how many I'd like and any delivery instructions. Thank you guys, it helped so much having a friendly team deal with you when you need flowers for a sad situation! They loved the flowers and turned out prettier than I thought! They are absolutely amazing! The staff are so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. It is Easter Weekend and I so needed to have sympathy flowers delivered in Auckland at late notice. Their service was truly exceptional, even though I had missed the daily delivery, when they realised I was in Australia they offered to do my bouquet and deliver it after hours! Amazing!! This kind of service and kind hearted staff are hard to find and I believe their bouquets are a reflection of their beauty. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered some flowers and a teddy bear for a newly born baby girl. I spoke to Lorraine to ensure that the delivery would be made same day. She was lovely and followed up with the courier. Amazing!!!!!! Had a last minute order for a buttonhole (the day before) during ball season. May not seem like a lot to get organised however they where the ONLY florist in the area that wasn't rude to me when I called, they gave me all the information I required AND the online ordering system was a godsend! Awesome stuff!

I live in Australia and am not able to attend a family funeral due to the COVID travel restrictions. I was able to get an idea of their products on the website and later called to enquire and arrange the finer details such as the type of flowers, what to write on the card, where to deliver, and finalise card payment. Luke did a beautiful job on the wreath and sent me photos of the final product. A seamless, pleasant experience overall in dealing with them internationally.

It's only a small outlet but the quality of their product is very high. There's the option of buying singles through to large bouquets of all things seasonal. My only real negative is that the prices are quite high.
