D.Ordered online for mother's Day from Italy, flowers and chocolates. Got an email to say the flowers were on its way which was good. Flowers arrived but no chocolates. I was fine about it as I'm sure they were busy, so I gave them the option to send the chocolates or refund me. They were apologetic in the email and refunded it straight away.

Fast delivery and received a confirmation email that it was successfully delivered.

M.The team at Matan Florist were amazing to deal with from Australia, with a slightly challenging delivery situation it was no problem at all. Communication is quick and easy, and when I made a delivery date stuff up by a week, it was no problem and the flowers were delivered that day within an hour for me! Highly recommend!

M.I received birthday flowers from my partner today . He ordered them online.
They were nothing like the flowers in the pic he had chosen. Old stained rose petals . Looked more like a posy. Dull and boring , he was very disappointed as that was not what he paid for it cost a huge amount of money. Could not justify the price for a pathetic posy. Poor presentation ! Very disappointed!!
