It was unfortunate that my valentines day flowers from my husband did not arrive in pristine condition, flowers weren't as pictured on the advertised promotion as well as courier issues. However, Sweet Petals were very accommodating to my concerns and went the extra mile for me to ensure that the outcome was more than positive experience for me of their service. Not only did she fix the problem with the flowers but went out of their way to send me a replacement bunch to my surprise. Top service! Thank you so much for my beautiful flowers!
