V happy with the level of service and the product. We ordered the flowers online, flowers arrived very promptly and recipient said "thankyou so much for the beautiful flowers, they are so pretty!!". Then her sister messaged also to say "the flowers you sent were so beautiful. Can tell she really appreciated them"... so thank you to the Botanist Florist for that.

The most incredible florist.. got this bunch delivered to a super special grandma and they exceeded all the expectations I had 🥰 highly recommend, amazing quick and helpful service every time.

A dear friend was Celebrating a 'Special Birthday' so I wanted to surprise & spoil her with a bunch of blooms that were next level beautiful. My favourite florist The Botanist had moved from the City Works Depot to Westfield Newmarket so I made my way there and spoke with Gracie. The brief was something sumptuous and show stopping beautiful. Whimsical pinks, reds and soft greys. Gracie totally nailed it and The Botanist firmly remains my go-to option for any occasion.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother's birthday, who I couldn't be with because of the U.K/N.Z Covid travel restrictions. I bought the 'Florists Choice' option and sent some instructions. Lani was so kind and created a bouquet that really captured my mother's style and vintage aesthetic. Unasked, she sent me photos so I could see her creation too, Lani was just so thoughtful. My mother loved it and couldn't get over, without seeing her, how Lani made something that suited her so much! Recommend, especially if you are buying from abroad and want to be sure of quality.
