Absolutely amazing! Such a nice shop, feels so welcoming and is just lovely. Made a gorgeous arrangement for my dad's colleague and gave my baby sister a flower. We absolutely love the arrangement, I can't say how stunning it is. Definitely the place to go for flowers :)

I live in Australia and was looking at options to send flowers to a relative in hospital in Auckland and am just so happy I found Bronwen and her business Urban flowers. She understood the situation, delivered the flowers personally on same day I requested which was a Sunday. and created the most beautiful bunch of flowers along the colours and flower types Id asked for. Urban flowers are my go to for all my flowers, personal and work related! I have been popping in for a few years now and their range of interesting flowers and foliage never disappoints! Beautifully genuine and creative florists who were so incredibly accommodating in allowing me to co-create with them in the studio. I loved being able to be hands on with them that day because I had attended in person and needed to get in and experience the flowers in-vivo, to know what I wanted. A truly magnificent selection of lesser seen flowers and excellent array of foliage/branches and stems to choose from. Their love of botanicals was uplifting. They also went the extra mile in presentation and elegant tasteful wrapping.

Bronwyn is always very helpful when you visit in store. They've got a great online service too - you just give them a description of what you're after, a price range and they create a beautiful bouquet for you! She even follows up and sends you a pic of your order. The receivers of our order were VERY happy with their flowers - thank you!!

Urban Flowers were absolutely wonderful with organising the flowers for my wedding. Bronwyn was very professional yet friendly. She asked for my budget first which was great, as everyone knows weddings are an expensive expenditure. We discussed flowers and different types of bouquet. I felt she was very attentive and manages my expectations. She offers great alternatives on the types of flowers to keep the costs down (in season flowers vs what i had in mind). And if she couldnt do it, she will say she unfortunately couldnt. On the day, Yiota came to set it up and it looked fresh and beautiful. I felt like i could trust Urban Flowers because couple of florists i have been to, ask what you want first and then gives you a quote which caused me to be quite wary. Urban Flower put me at ease. Yiota also kept communicating with me during the wedding day and was patient with bringing things as i was moving between the wedding location and where i was staying. She was so cheery, it was great to have her there on such a stressful day. She even dropped the bouquet at a farm i was staying which had a long gravelled driveway. I really felt they were more concern with providing you a wonderful service rather than charging you every single little thing. They would go the extra mile and i felt they were genuine. I would highly recommend them :)

My experience with Bronwen was a life saver moment. I reside in Melbourne Australia and I called to ask a few questions. Bronwen not only happily answered them, but she removed the stress. She also sent me a picture of the bouquet she made. Bronwen delivered the bouquet to my Father on a Sunday morning so my Dad could get them on time!! Seriously??!? Yip, she did. I spoke to Bronwyn, who was amazing to deal with. She gave advice on what flowers to use and organised a transfer of payment to another florist in Te Awamutu.
