Really had a great experience. I was contacted by amanda and she made sure that all went smoothly and went above and beyond even with the level 3. My fiancée loved the flower bouquet and it was well arranged. Lovely. Easy to get the job done even if you are from out side of New Zealand. Definitely recommend for a hassle free service.

What a fabulous store. I live in Vancouver, Canada wanted to send a small bouquet to my daughter who lives in Auckland. I sent or 2 emails to see if they could do it and a short description of her favourite flowers. Within about 2 hours they had delivered to her door a gorgeous, romantic bouquet with her special flowers. Beautiful job! I will count on you again to make her smile.

I live in Perth, Western Australia I was trying to organize flowers to be sent to my Mother in law for her birthday with the time difference 4hrs behind and the last minute panics partner forgot to order flowers we were stressing!!! I tried every body and with every one saying it's too late for same day delivery I was guttered. I thought I would try my luck and ring one more shop and that's when I got through to KATE!!! Kate was absolutely amazing I asked if I was able to get same day delivery and she said yes! She asked what flowers I wanted and what colours she even sent me photos on email to see if I liked the flower choices, flowers were of the highest standard and really great pricing. She went above and beyond, every thing was organized fairly quickly and stress free and a couple hours later my mother in law received her flowers, she was so happy!!! Will definitely use you guys in the future thanks again Kate.

I ordered flowers mid afternoon, to be delivered on the outskirts of Auckland - closer to North Waikato. As we were in Alert Level 3 lockdown, I didn't expect delivery until at least the next day. To my delight, I received a text from our friends that afternoon to say they had received the flowers, and what's more, they were genuinely moved at how beautiful they were! Excellent service, excellent product - what more could you ask for?! Its clear the owner really cares and has a passion for what they do and their business. Great to see and a big "thumbs up".

I ordered a Pink Mini Phalaenopsis Orchid online for Valentine’s Day. Amanda emailed me saying she will upgrade it to a large one since they didn’t have a mini one on-hand which I thought was a very nice gesture. My wife absolutely loved what she got. They even added a nice, simple touch of 2 heart cookies! I’m a first time customer and they surely exceeded my expectations. Please check them out! 👍

Thanks for looking after us, Amanda! Mum really loved the flowers. She really likes the perfume of stocks and thought the pretty salmon pink roses were lovely. It was 5 minutes before closing as I hurried into Victoria Flowers. Luckily I had stumbled into the right place, the owner took the time to create an amazing bunch of flowers that looked great and really saved the day! Great value for money as well. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of flowers!

My husband and I are from the United States and we decided to have a very small, intimate wedding in New Zealand. This meant most of our wedding planning was done via research on the internet and a hope that things would just work out by the time we got to New Zealand and walked down the aisle. We reached out to several florists in the area during the busy holiday season and none of them were as amazing as Amanda was! She was very quick to respond to our emails and was very communicative before the wedding, during the wedding, and following up after the wedding. I met with Amanda a couple of days before our wedding and she was very friendly in person. In my original email to Amanda I had mentioned we knew of one flower we really wanted in the bouquet / buttonholes and she had actually taken the time to order some of those flowers for her shop ahead of time, which I thought was really cool! Aside from that specific flower, she took down my vague, general ideas for what we thought we might want in the bouquets and buttonholes, (i.e. tropical, lots of leaves and plants that were native to New Zealand, a couple of flowers, shades of yellows, purples, blues, and greens) and she went above and beyond what we were expecting while still sticking to our budget. I highly recommend Amanda and Victoria Park for all your floral needs!
