I was really happy with the service and quality. I ordered pink flowers but they had run out, so called me to ask if yellow or orange were okay. I was happy with the level of communication and the lady was friendly on the phone. I had been prepared for it to take a while, but the flowers were delivered within 24 hours of ordering and they were arranged beautifully, even nicer than the picture online. Thank you! I will definitely be getting my flowers here in the future.

The person I dealt with on the phone was very helpful and thorough, she helped me pick out a colour scheme, bouquet size and style. I have used this florist a a couple of times and they are the best in the Waikato. I sent my mum some flowers recently after her dear russian blue cat was shot suddenly and he died. It was a sad time and flowers were all I could do from up in Auckland. Carleen was so helpful and not only was the service and delivery incredible, and personalised (with Carleen taking the trouble to send me a pic of the flowers before they were delivered) but the majority of the flowers themselves were still alive and in great shape after two weeks! The bouquet was stunning, high quality and good value!

Once again Expressions have saved my day! A last minute online order placed at 8.30pm requiring delivery the next day was so not a problem.
