I was really happy with the service and quality. I ordered pink flowers but they had run out, so called me to ask if yellow or orange were okay. I was happy with the level of communication and the lady was friendly on the phone. I had been prepared for it to take a while, but the flowers were delivered within 24 hours of ordering and they were arranged beautifully, even nicer than the picture online. Thank you! I will definitely be getting my flowers here in the future.

We ordered a bunch of "bright" flowers to be delivered. Unfortunately the bunch arrived with half yellow flowers, white and light pink. Not our idea of bright sadly.

Amazing service! I ordered online this morning foe flowers to be delivered to my daughters school for her valentines :) I wasn't sure if they'd get there before school finished but they did!!! She loved them and so did all her friends. Definitely be using expressions again in the future.

Excellent service and beautiful flowers. I purchased flowers from Expressions as a gift for our rugby teams manager. The person I dealt with on the phone was very helpful and thorough, she helped me pick out a colour scheme, bouquet size and style. When I picked the flowers up the buds were very tight which meant the person I gifted them to was able to enjoy them for sometime

Carleen made a great suggestion and before I knew it, my sister replied to say that the flowers absolutely made her day! Thank you Carleen and team for this excellent service and for making sure my sister got them at work before she left for the day. Just the most beautiful store!! I was so spoilt for choice and it was impossible not to shop up a storm. The service was exceptional, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist me. I would highly recommend stopping in. I am also excited to know that I can continue to shop on line with them.

I have used this florist a a couple of times and they are the best in the Waikato. I sent my mum some flowers recently after her dear russian blue cat was shot suddenly and he died. It was a sad time and flowers were all I could do from up in Auckland. Carleen was so helpful and not only was the service and delivery incredible, and personalised (with Carleen taking the trouble to send me a pic of the flowers before they were delivered) but the majority of the flowers themselves were still alive and in great shape after two weeks! The bouquet was stunning, high quality and good value!

Once again Expressions have saved my day! A last minute online order placed at 8.30pm requiring delivery the next day was so not a problem. A bouquet delivered the next afternoon much to the surprise and delight of my mum who tells me it was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend Expressions, particularly to those who live elsewhere in the country like myself. A reliable and quality service.
