Hi I’m from Japan! I order a flower and a stuff toy for my partner on Valentines who is living in NZ and It was a surprise for my partner. Even thought it was a simple item but my partner love it. I ordered a bouquet online and was concerned it might not look as big as in the photo. I needn't have worried. The bouquet was perfect! The ordering process was easy and included helpful guidelines . I was very happy with this company and highly recommend them.

Citywide florist help me source my favourite lilies every Christmas. They get them ready for me to transport, and one year when they didn't have any, they advised where to source some from! Service is top notch and friendly. I highly recommend this florist.

I was lucky enough to recieve some beautiful flowers from Citywide florist this week & was amazed at how carefully they had been prepared to stay in perfect condition all day until I could get them home. Each stem had its own little sealed water bag!! I ordered a Pretty Pastel box to be delivered to my Mum, who is in a rest home. I visited 3 days later and was so pleased to see the beautiful arrangement. It was exactly the same as the picture .. actually better! Just so gorgeous! Mum was absolutely delighted, it really lifted her spirits. Highly recommend Citywide Florist. Rang Citywide from my quarantine facility. Asked for a simple bouquet of stemmed flowers to fit in my collapsible travel vase. Superb service! I ordered the small 'Berry Sweet' bouquet at 11am - by 12pm my friend had received it and was telling me how lovely it was! The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Even better than the pictures. Highly recommended!🌷❤️

I went on line to choose something for a sick work mate. I was impressed with not only the choice of flowers but also the little extras you could put with the flowers. Very good website to navigate, with a good variety of price ranges too. I placed my online order at 10am and by 2.30 that afternoon I had a message from the person the flowers (including a get well balloon and a gorgeous wee extra of some Little Affirmations - Positive Thoughts) went to telling me how beautiful they were and how good they had made them feel! Thank you Citywide Florist will never bother using anyone else in the future :-)

I ordered a fruit basket on-line from Australia for my daughter in law. She was thrilled. Received a confirmation email when the order was received for same day delivery and an email when it was delivered. Would highly recommend this florist. Thank you :)

This is a belated review.... I requested flowers be made up and a photo sent to me prior to delivery, the first bunch albeit pretty was not what I had in mind. When I phoned and showed a picture of what I was wanting they changed the bouquet. All I can say was it was Amazing!!, such a fantastic job, beyond what I expected which was perfect. They were happy to email me photos before sending and wasn't any trouble for them to change it... mum loved them, they lasted too!! Thank you Gina and team 🙏

Since I live in the US I have trouble getting gifts to my family in NZ on time. I found Citywide to be helpful, on top of the process when I forgot certain steps and very reasonably priced. I will be happy to call on them next time I need floral or gift delivery in Christchurch NZ.

I live overseas and sent my elderly Mum an arrangement ast year from this florist and also just now sent another. Very fast easy to understand instructions . My mother was delighted last year so am coming back to send more today. Hopefully with her delivery tomorrow Dec 3rd, she will be just as happy which makes me happy. Couldn't fault Citywide Florist. Organised online at 1130. Flower and fruit gift basket arrived at the hospital by 2.15 pm. My brother sent a photo and it looked just like the one advertised online.
