Thank you for the beautiful flowers my mum loved them. The colours and the arrangement along with the choice in flowers. I enjoyed the fact you were willing to answer questions I had and when I placed my order I got to choose the colours. The fast delivery after ordering the flowers was amazing and receiving a photo of the bunch before they were sent out i really liked. There are so many florists online out there, but the one that stood out was 'Roses are Red Florist' in Mt Eden. With their variety and prices this florist caters for all types of budgets. Also offer free delivery for most Auckland and Pukekohe locations. Arrived on time, beautifully arranged flowers and was exactly what I was after. Reasons for giving a 5* 1. Communications via email was very quick, when I asked a question, I received the response immediately 2. Loved how they send a photo of what they just shipped and the received product looked exactly as the photo 3. I provided instructions on how to get to in and the instructions were followed to the dot and they even hid the flowers so they are not visible from the street, very thoughtful. 4. The ETA for arrival given in the email was accurate, the only think I wish they had more was an app where I can personally track the flowers without having to email them, so that would be my recommendation for improvement 5. Website was easy to use. Thank you guys for the beautiful flowers, but mostly for the wonderful service

All of these floral arrangements were gorgeous! On the 23rd, when I tried to place an order on line, the next available date was 17/01! I needed the flowers to go out on the 23rd! So, I rang the 0800 number. And my call was answered, almost immediately! I was told they simply ran out of flowers, but had maybe enough to do one more arrangement. Score! I cannot praise their customer service, friendly phone manner, prompt delivery service and amazing, creative arrangements highly enough! Stumbled upon Roses are Red on Google while trying to find a florist. Have never used them but by the prices and pictures I’d thought let me try them out. I’m glad I did as their service was top notch and the flowers were bigger and better then I had expected them to be. Ordered some flowers to arrive on a certain day, on the day of delivery recieved a message stating that there would be additional delivery charges and that the flowers would not be able to be delivered until the evening period. Ideally this sort of communication should arrive well ahead of the time of actual requirement. The experience was not great but rated at 3 stars as they did process a refund very quickly.

The flowers and packaging are beautiful and the communication very good but unfortunately they were not able to keep to their guaranteed delivery window of latest 7pm on delivery day. It did put a little damper on our Valentines day as my partner was waiting around for something that didn't come in time. As we had dinner reservations we could not wait much longer and she ended up getting them the next morning.

Easy to use website, chose the “Bright Days” Awesome flowers size and bright color scheme. Flowers were delivered on the day requested and were in excellent condition. My friend loved it and was raving about them so happy with the quality, service and delivery. Although the Bright Days picture shows Pink bright and pastel flowers and that is what I was expecting. “Pink” roses so just a little disappointed that red was sent instead because I could have just chosen the Red Roses option if I wanted red roses to be delivered. Upon querying, the florist informed me that I did not specifically request for pink roses so what was available and the best was sent instead - I think this is quite misleading as the website did not ask me to chose my color or mention that a different colored rose would be sent instead. But I didn’t want to ruin anyone’s day so I left that as is but when choosing and purchasing flowers, I am particular about the flowers being delivered as per the picture because that is what we can see and have chosen. But my friend was delighted with these beautiful flowers so thank you very much 🌹

I found Roses are Red to be absolutely wonderful. I tried to send flowers to the hospital, however public hospitals are not accepting them at the moment. I received a phone from Roses are Red to explain this and was able to have the flowers delivered to me. What really made this a great company to deal with was that I phoned them to find out how long the flowers would last without being in water. I received a message to say they were closed. But then a couple of minutes later they phoned me. Brilliant, I was able to keep the flowers in good condition until I was able to get them to the recipients.
