Best experience possible when ordering from a florist over the phone. Friendly, helpful and inspired ideas. Nothing was a bother, even for same day delivery on a Saturday. When the delighted recipient received the gift pack, she called me immediately & sent photos to say how exceptionally stunning and beautiful it was. I am very happy with the service, the top quality of the gift box and matching rose. Highly recommended.

Can't thank Suzie @Kaiapoi florist enough, you done an amazing job on my wedding flowers. My roses were absolutely stunning. Was pure perfection for all my bridemaids bouquets, buttonholes and my own flowers. I went to Suzie not having clue with just a picture I'd found of what I'd sort of liked and she was great, so helpful and her experience and knowledge left me knowing that my flowers were going to be beautiful which they were. 30 beautiful red roses delivered by Kaiapoi florist for the 30th Wedding Anniversary. Hubby and wife in different countries with the Covid borders in existence yet these flowers made it on time :-) Even a flower each for each daughter. Thank you Kaiapoi florist for making our day extra special.

Rip off . A very nice small box with 2 small red roses, 8 small carnations and greenery delivered to hospital. Price $80 the delivery fee was $15. Unbelievable.
