G.I'm the Chief Stew aboard a 60m MY that travelled the BoI repeatedly during the summer. Wendy sorted us out with flower arrangements and loose flowers on multiple occasions. Service, delivery, flowers, communication... everything was faultless. Would highly recommend them to any visiting yacht or just anyone who needs flowers really. Thanks again for making my job easier this summer Wendy!
J.I called from the UK to have wreaths made up for a family member who recently died and who was very special to us. Wendy talked me through the options in a very caring and understanding way. Wendy went the extra miles and contacted the family in NZ to arrange delivery which was just amazingly kind of her.
So, I just wanted to say a massive “thank you so much” to Wendy for the lovely wreaths & work you put into them to make them just perfect. A family member sent me pictures of them & they were just beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The family also commented on how beautiful they were and so apt for the occasion for our loved one.

the presentation was beautiful and that the orchid exceeded my expectations.
Additionally, they contacted me ASAP to adjust the order form that I had incorrectly filled out, in a polite and professional matter.
Moreover, it was delivered on time despite being told they have run out of orchids and the new shipment was to arrive on the day of requested the delivery.
Furthermore, there were issues upon delivery however I was promptly informed and assured that they 'prepared and delivered' it to their 'normal high standards' (which I second).
Lastly the recipient of the orchid, noticed a few shortcomings in the presentation. My only suggestion to improve the service is to be more aware of the tiny details. Regardless, I personally dont think this detracted the overall presentation or value of the orchid itself.
