My cousin moved to Nelson, NZ from Texas, USA and was due to be wed there - We were unable to make the trip to be with her and so was the case for many of the family - But we reached out to Willow Floral who we saw did local delivery and they were OUTSTANDING. The personal service we received through our emailing and the insight given regarding the most impressive regional flora resulted in a gorgeous arrangement and a meaningful delivery. Thank you Sarah, for your generosity and patience! Above all, your company's great work!

Well...... where do I even begin. Sarah has been my absolute godsend over the last 12 months , living overseas she is my go to now for anything and everything. Not only are her flower designs absolutely stunning she puts up with me texting her at all hours and asking for flowers to be delivered the next morning.... and she always delivers the most beautiful flowers. My mum said she has never had so many delightful bunches like the ones from Sarah. When I’ve asked Sarah to create unique gifts for me she has specially gone to the markets to get flowers for me that I’ve asked for.. no one does that these days. She is an absolute delight to deal with and such a sweetheart. I have used so many florist and I’m always disappointed at the rubbish that gets delivered, sarah is my ONLY florist I will ever use from now on. Willow Floral and Design went above and beyond at short notice to deliver flowers for my very dear friend’s birthday at very short notice. And, when I got the address wrong Sarah came back after hours to deliver on the day. So genuinely kind and accomodating - nothing was an issue. So grateful

A beautiful 'box of colour' with lovely fragrances, which the receiver found uplifting. The added scented candle was a lovely 'extra' to send with the flowers

I had a wonderful Petals and Posies evening learning to make a posy bowl of flowers and greenery. I am left handed and was rather awkward. However, I must admit I very much enjoyed the whole experience, as well as the coffee and slice! Sara was so very helpful as were other members of the group. I am looking forward to my next class.

I ordered online for Mothers day - wasn't sure what to expect but the service has been awesome, My Mum LOVED her flowers and Chocs, they looked gorgeous and given I live in a different town I received a "your order has been delivered" email, which was great as I was worried it might not get there on the actual day.
