Great customer service! Ordered local tulips for delivery however florist was not happy with quality to send out on day and made contact to offer an alternative mixed bouquet.

I always order from this wonderful florist. Her bouquet arrangements are always so beautiful and fresh and they are super responsive and reliable with deliveries - the recipiants are always delighted. I couldn't recommend any higher!

Absolutely so impressed !!!!! we have ordered flowers on line from Aus for our Auntie's Birthday. She was very happy the flowers, very healthy and beautiful should mention it was hydrangea soft pink pot plant and she also loved the fudge. We have dealt with different flower shops in Palmerston North before but nothing like these guys. Highly recommend it! Thank you, Great Work Guys!!!!

Flora Belle is amazing! I went in there during the week in need of two bouquets. She didn't have anything made up, so I just told her what the occasion was, and how much I wanted to spend. I went back half an hour later and the bouquets were done - and were BEAUTIFUL - far better than I expected for the amount I paid. I would definitely recommend this store!

A dear friend has recently taken ill - we ordered the flowers on the Sunday in the UK and they were delivered hours later in NZ. Great service. Many thanks. Have already heard from recipient that they love the flowers and the hand written note. Great job. Fully recommend!
