Such beautiful flowers, shower bombs and candle sent for our granddaughters 18th birthday. Lovely packaging. She is delighted and it makes us feel a little closer on her big day. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day, but unknown to me the address was changed by the village she lives in. The florists tried several times to deliver them, but was unable to find the house. Despite being a Sunday, Tracey phoned me and we managed to get the correct address, and deliver the surprise flowers. This is service above and beyond, and is so appreciated. The flowers were absolutely delightful, and we can't recommend highly enough!

Living overseas it's sometimes difficult to choose which companies to use to send gift or just flowers to let people know you care. I ordered twice from The Occasional Florist this week. Sent a bouquet chosen from the website called 'A cuppa love' to a friend for her birthday and she absolutely loves them! Awesome service, and delivery on a Saturday was no trouble. Also got a local delivery this week which was ordered and efficiently delivered at short notice and the recipient was very happy with the lovely flowers. The Staff/Owner's here are diligent and courteous. They responded quickly to my emails and were considerate of my delivery requests. They filled out my card with thoughtfulness and care. My partner loved her flowers, and the pictures I received of her bouquet definitely exceeded my expectations (based off the website images). It is worth noting that this was a Valentines day order, and figuring this must be one of the busiest times of the year, I think The Occasional Florist has outdone themselves. 5/5

Sending flowers from Ireland to family in Tauranga. The whole process could not have been easier. Great selection including a number available in containers/vases which is always handy. Flowers delivered within about 6 hours and, looking at the photo, were exactly as described on website and included plenty of blooms still to open. Would definitely recommend.
