Have just ordered flowers etc. to be delivered from Porirua to Paraparaumu. A truly special birthday and anniversary gift as due to illness it could be the last one the recipients have together. Unfortunately, as advised by Emma, I missed the cut off time for the Kapiti Courier. When asked if the order could be put through to a florist in Paraparaumu Emma said she would do her best and ring me back to let me know. Within 15 minutes I received a call. Emma went above and beyond! She got the courier to come back and pick up my order. I wish there were more Emma's in the world. Customer Service at its best! Well done Emma and Black Rose Florist.

Located along the escalator on the ground floor in North City Shopping Mall in Porirua. Flower arrangement and indoor pot plants and decorations. Flower can be arranged to be delivered.

Ordered Mothers Day flowers - large bunch not as large as I (or my mother sadly) would have expected, but they are beautiful. Maybe they cost more Mothers Day like florists do on valentines due to demand? If it's the case would've been nice to know as neither of us felt they were what you would expect for the price.

Awesome customer service with quick response to queries. They offer flowers for every occasion and if they do not have what you want they will endeavour to source it from somewhere else or offer a substitute. Outstanding displays and arrangements. Thank you.

Thank you so very much for your patients over the phone it's hard when your in Australia to decide what to send to someone in New Zealand the lady suggested I look threw there arrangement to which I did and found pot plants as well so happy for the excellent service. 💓
