I have sent 2 bunches of flowers to my daughter recently and they were both stunning! Fresh and beautifully presented. She was delighted, so was I! I could not recommend Jocelyn at Fox Road Flowers more highly. She is great to deal with, friendly, helpful and so reliable! Wonderful florist 👍

We ordered flowers last minute early Thursday morning to ask for a pick up order in an hour and a half. Jocelyn was so accommodating and accepted the order with no issues. On arrival the bouquets were all ready to pick up. Jocelyn was so friendly and easy to communicate with and the bouquets were absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend, thank you Jocelyn!

I ordered a last minute Christmas Gift box online from the Porirua store. This was days leading up to Christmas. With COVID delays and no guarantees the delivery would arrive by Xmas, I was amazed within 3 days the package reached Auckland. So professional in being able to track the order from store to delivery was reassuring. Highly recommended to my friends and family.

I ordered flowers last minute (i.e. 12.30 in the afternoon) asking for the flowers to be delivered as soon as they could be, expecting that would be the following morning. I was very pleasantly surprised to hear they had been delivered a matter of a couple of hours later. Not only did the service surpass expectations, but the flowers were just lovely and quite a bit less than I was expecting to have to pay. Totally impressed by every aspect of this transaction!

These guys are amazing. I ordered a present for a family member in Auckland one Saturday asking for delivery on the following Monday. Fox Road replied to my order letting me know they are Wellington based and a courier would not arrive until Monday so the present wouldn't arrive on the Monday. They offered to refund my money if I wanted to cancel. With service like that who wouldn't stick with them - my family got the present on the Tuesday and all is great! Great job you guys.
