Nicola was amazing from the start. She was so helpful and went above and beyond for our elopement. Great attention to details , quick replies and so thoughtful and kind . Could not recommend her more !

Nicola has a great eye for flower arrangements. No matter how big or small, she nails it every time! She is always my go-to for birthdays or special occasions and I am never disappointed. What I love the most is how efficient and prompt she is. She really values her customers and her mahi is a true reflection of that. By far the most beautiful flower arrangements in town!

Nic is so lovely to deal with. Her flowers always arrive beautifully presented and are absolutely stunning. I have used her many times whether it’s for a gift, thank you or just a treat and I am always so happy with what Nicola delivers.

Over the past 9 months Nicola has offered a unique service delivery the most beautiful flowers to my partner’s graveside, making the distance from Australia to Kaitaia seem so much smaller. Nicola's prompt, personal and professional service was next level amazing. The flower selection for the bouquets was thoughtful and well suited to the recipients, so much so that they thought I had personally selected them myself! The gift baskets were truly gourmet. Nicola at 'Fresh Flowers Kaitaia' was fabulous. Almost on the dot of 5pm on the 22nd September I rang up to order some flowers for a friends birthday on the 23rd....was very last minute. Nicola was more than happy to help me out right then and there! I chose a beautiful dried flower bouquet and included a yummy body bar made by a local business in Northland.

Nicola made the most beautiful custom arrangement for my fathers service. My dad was a retired farmer and loved the bush. We wanted to honour that and have something that spoke authentically of him. Nicola was very happy to work with us, she listened to us and frankly just "got us" and what we envisioned for Dad. She totally nailed our vision of what we wanted. The arrangement was deeply personal and unique and simply was my father. We would thoroughly recommend Nicola.

I can't say enough good things about Nicola at Fresh Flowers. She was able to work with me over email (as I am in the U.S.) to create and deliver beautiful condolences arrangements. She helped me work out what was most appropriate and made the most of my budget. She even sent me pictures of the final product! She made a sad time so much easier. I'm based in Auckland and wanted to send my Nan on her 69th birthday a cute posie. I called Nicola in the morning to make sure she could whip up something inside the next hour. She said yes, I finalised the purchase online, it was quick and easy to navigate on the website and once that was done I had a relative pick up the flowers as planned. Nicola's service was INCREDIBLE. We are SO VERY PLEASED we bothered to use an actual florist in Kaitaia (we phoned from Wellington) rather than use a purely online business. Nicola discussed floral options with us and we decided to await the arrival of beautiful ORCHIDS which were absolutley raved about at the retirement event we couldn't attend, including the comment they were the loveliest bouquet of flowers the recipient had ever received. Awesome fresh flowers. I've often needed flowers last minute and nicola is always happy to help. she's also affordable and can do a bouquet to fit price range. One last thing I find it easy to go to her shop as there's always parking and easy to find on North road.

I seriously don't know how to thank you Nic for our beautiful bouquets, centrepieces and buttonholes. We had been emailing back and forth for months with me living in Melbz our planning was seamless.
