H.Amazing service and Beautiful floristry.
I messaged them 1 hour before I needed a big bouquet made up in white and green, not only that but it was also a Saturday.
They made it up with no stress at all and did a phenomenal job.
When I came in to pick up from the store, there was the masterpiece perfect and put together, the ladies there saw I had my hands full with my 8 month old baby on my hip so they went and got a trolley to pop the bouquet in and walked me to my car...even strapping the bouquet in my car for me.... I can't recommend enough! Customer service was A+++
K.I called Cathy from over here in NSW Australia this morning and placed a spontaneous delivery order of a single rose to someone who has recently become quite special to me. Not only was her phone manner amazingly efficient and polite, she even had the rose delivered for me just a few hours later! I have no doubt that I would order from Lily & May Florist again.
