Could not be any happier with the service! Flowers were absolutely wonderful and made recipient extremely happy. I ordered online and it was received exactly as pictured, on time and with a personal touch on delivery. I chose to order here because I especially liked the selection through direct2florist.co.nz I also appreciated the prompt communication.

I live in ChCh and Lisa was able to prepare and deliver a STUNNING bunch of flowers to a friend in Stoke for a last minute birthday surprise. Amazing service. Highly recommended!

Bluebell florist did wedding flowers for us at short notice. Both the shop assistant and the owner were very helpful and produced some lovely bouquets for us on a tight budget. They were also flexible re pick-up, delivering them in a well protected manner to us at the hairdresser. Thank you for great customer service and good value products (we made about 5 posies the next day from the 2 bunches and placed them around the house).

Good service. I ordered the flowers from Western Australia after hours and they were made and delivered the following day. I saw a photo and the bouquet looked beautiful (although nothing like the photo on the website - something to be aware of!). The only negative was that I was overcharged on the flowers and the delivery due to an issue with their website/Paypal, but after a couple of emails, the matter was sorted and I was refunded the additional funds. Despite that glitch I would happily use Bluebell again.
