💯 Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed I went into Rotorua Florists looking for thank you gifts for 2 of my brothers and their partners. Amber said she was able to make exactly what I wanted and within my budget. She even loaned a pen for me to take away to write in the cards 🤗 When I returned to pick up, not only were the flowers better than I expected but Amy was also very helpful and attached the dinner vouchers and cards to each bouquet for me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Highly recommend Katie and her team at Rotorua Florist. I needed a flower garland for my little sister's wedding at short notice. I contacted Katie who was happy to help if I supplied the flowers. I dropped them Wednesday and by Friday afternoon I picked up the most beautiful garland. The wedding couple were wowed as much as I was. Thanks so much Katie and team. We ordered the flowers from the UK, via Direct2florist, so it was all a bit of a leap of faith. We needn't have worried as just 30 hours after ordering them we had a thank you email from the delighted recipients (bear in mind the half-a-day time difference). Good, reliable service, have ordered multiple times to have flowers delivered to a friend, absolute no issues even though I'm ordering from the USA. Made a beautiful arrangement that was delivered locally in Rotorua the same day on multiple occasions. I admire the work ethic, I had placed an order very late at night, got an email from the florist at a little after 4:30am NZ time offering an alternative as they were getting beautiful fresh roses in that morning (pictures of the resulting arrangement attached), you can't find that level of customer service and dedication to come in that early and make sure things get done and smoothly just anywhere.

I ordered a flower crown late on a Wednesday night for a Saturday ball. Being such a last minute order- after lack of inspiration of what to do with my hair- I just thought I would get a few flowers on a ribbon... well I was blown away! The service was 5 star, the owner replied to me so quickly and asked the theme and the colour of my dress. When I picked it up on Saturday it was perfect, better than I could have imagined. I even won the title of best dressed teacher at the ball, which was very much due to my beautiful flower crown. Katie and her team are so talented and I use them for all my flower and arrangement needs.

I live in Australia, ordered a large bouquet of flowers online to be picked up, the lovely ladies there called to let me know the flowers I ordered may not be available at such short notice but offered roses instead and also arranged for the flowers to be delivered and waiting at the restaurant for my nans arrival (her birthday lunch) The bouquet was huge and absolutely gorgeous!! Katie is my go to whenever I gift flowers to friends & whānau or as a treat to myself. Her creations are fun, contemporary, and a little more spesh. I placed an order with Katie this week for bouquets for two work colleagues and once again, she didn't disappoint. I was blown away by the combinations in the arrangements - green leaves with a mixture of dried and fresh flowers - which I'd asked for, but she took it to the next level. I am from the UK and recently lost my cousin sister in Roturua. Due to the current circumstances no one is able to fly to comfort the family so the only other thing that could be done was to have a floral arrangement sent to the family. I googled Florists in Roturua and a few popped up. Due to the time difference I emailed Katie to ask if there was anyway I could contact her for assistance. She replied immediately saying that her shop will open in a few hours when she will be able to assist me. I called her and she was able to get this done for me on the same day. She was friendly, efficient and very helpful during this difficult time. Would highly recommend her! Thank you Katie!

If it’s chocolate it would be Puccini Bomboni from the Netherlands And if it’s flowers ONLY Rotorua Florists will do!! Went into Daisy Chain today to buy some flowers for my morthers birthday. The shop was so amazing and colorful I knew I was in the right place. Highly recommend florist for special delivery, price, arrangement and customer service. I’m a kiwi living in Oz needing flowers delivered urgently during the weekend. With all Tokoroa’s florists closed and having missed interflora’s cutoff, the earliest delivery is Monday. So I googled florists in NZ and selected the suburb closest to Tokoroa. Sharing my dilemma, this wonderful florist Katie over the phone offered to drive personally the 54kms to deliver the flowers with a fee to cover personal fuel costs. The florist then assisted me to choose a card, flowers, colours and an arrangement suitable for a tangi (funeral) and casket travel with my budget in mind. So grateful beyond words.and talking to an expert allowed me to choose flowers that will look beautiful and fresher for longer. This florist also gave me their mobile number to text my personalised message for the card. Real good people in this florist, and I have to share so others can benefit from this amazing Rotorua Florist too. Thank you Katie and team.
