J.Bought a bouquet of flowers and some goodies last year. Needed to be delivered to my Mother in law in time for her birthday. First time dealing with them..and I swear it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. From communications via emails, delivery process, right to when it was delivered. It made the whole eperience smooth and fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I promise you, they're awesome👌👌

N.My order was placed a few hours before the news came on TV about the impending lock-down happening that midnight! But as soon as Akld were able to operate again, this business notified its customers, asking everyone to allow them a week to catch up on orders placed before lock--down (which is totally understandable). A week later, received a message asking when would I like mu gift sent...of which I've replied 'when you can.' Not long after, I received another email of items being sent. And I must admit...I'm really and truly impressed with your beautiful floral/gift business and how you've kept in touch with your customers. My friend was 'wowed,' gobsmacked and over the moon with her gifts! So your business is in my book for a 'go-to business' when needing floral gifts that not just flowers but have other items as well :-) A+A+A+A+A+
D.My new favourite go to store for gifts - not only does this place sell beautiful floral arrangements and flowers but a great array of things like chocolates , hand cream , room sprays and so on. The staff are attentive and friendly and it is a pleasant place to shop.

W.Great place to visit for a simple bouquet or wedding. My order was for multiple items, a gift to be sent overnight to the South Island and flowers same day. Both were done with a smile, at a good price. I also noticed you can pay by Afterpay which is great.

Ordered flowers for daughters 21st birthday. CCTV Footage shows they were delivered after business hours and returned to the florist. Agreed to pay the delivery fee but requested refund for $70.00 worth of flowers never received. Fell on deaf ears, still no refund.
