Brilliant from start to finish. Great website and an uncomplicated shopping experience. It was great to see the photos of what you were buying. Excellent sale confirmation emails and on the day, confirmation of delivery emails, along with a photo of the actual photos delivered. I will absolutly be sending mum more flowers from XOX Floral. Well done.

Wow, so impressed with the customer service, the communication, and the end product! Kristen was so helpful and the gift package that I had bought for my wife was so lovingly packaged it was fantastic. The flowers and gifts arrived as intact as if I had just received them over the counter. The chocolate, fudge, and handcrafted mug are superb. Thank you Kristen and team for helping me show my wife how much I appreciate her - it was very well received.

I ordered from Australia and it super easy to order and pay on their website. The flowers were absolutely stunning. The communication from Kristen was awesome with photos of the flowers before they were delivered.

This florist has been so perfect the two times I have needed to order flowers for a friend in New Zealand. Not only has there been ease with communication, as I'm in the United States. The attention to details, beautiful and timeless bouquets and extra care can be felt across the time zones. When I ordered flowers to be delivered at lunchtime, asking for them to be delivered the same day, I was amazed at the awesome service I received. Not only did I get sent photos of the flowers but also a text message to say they had been delivered and no one was home. My friend was impressed with them and loved it.
