J.I booked a bouquet of roses with some other shop but on my anniversary day they stated that they are sorry but couldn’t find any even after me confirming with them a day before.
I called Steve from best of the bunch and he was fabulous. He was so friendly and also was very prompt in responding. He did not have roses but went above and beyond to find the roses and he actually did it. Steve found a bouquet of roses and made it happen on the day of my anniversary. I’m going to book all bouquets or flowers from him from now on and recommend everyone as he is super quick and great service. I also wanted it to deliver in the afternoon and he made sure it gets delivered before time. Every small detail was taken care of and I can’t thank him enough. You deserve a “WOW”. You just made our day and most importantly by wife was so happy.

She also stayed with me on the line while we tried to figure out some wording for the card and Googled some options for me :) Great option for sending sympathy flowers.

N.If you are looking for both professional and personal service from a company, Best of the Bunch Florist Wellington is the one for you. I made a mistake that could have been very costly for me by ordering flowers for someone not knowing she was away for the weekend. When that was discovered, the florist retrieved the bouquet that had been delivered on Friday and sent a fresh one on Monday. That was such a kind deed. And the flowers were gorgeous!
Z.I had a great experience. The flowers I got were an apology to my friend who I was meeting for a coffee but missed her. Customer service at The Best of the Bunch was superb! There were 2 girls and both very lovely. I think it was Vanessa who made the flowers for me - absolutely beautiful and very reasonably priced. My friend loved her flowers. C.I always love and enjoy looking for flowers or a gift in Best of the Bunch. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and professional. There is a wide variety of flowers in many colours and they look and smell divine. Whatever the occasion I'm looking for something for whether it's sad, happy or mixed I can find something appropriate to buy. The arrangements made are very beautiful and I like to see the many different bouquet creations made!
Equally important is the great service provided by all the staff who work in the shop and they come up with something really special for the people you want to show you care for.

V.I found Best of the Bunch Florist Wellington while looking for a way to send some flowers for a friend's birthday. I opted for a live flower, for my friend is a keen gardener and I thought that it could find its way into the garden, or sit on the window sill for longer than the few days cut flowers last. After I indicated what type of flower I was after, the staff selected the fresh flower with care and attached a beautiful card.The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and accommodating and they even hand wrote my message on the card. Had recently arranged flowers so beautifully into a bouquet for my Mum who was feeling unwell in hospital about a week ago.
The flowers, floristry paper, ribbon and card had been arranged perfectly and to a high standard.
The smile on my Mothers face was priceless and left a lasting impression during a distressing time.

They helped me deliver a 30th birthday balloon and bottle of port for my brother who lives in Wellington, and I was able to order from London, England! The online service worked perfectly, but when they’d run out of the original port I ordered Steve called me and kindly sorted out another by working closely with his suppliers, to get it there on the big day! Excellent customer care and positive attitudes, I would definitely recommend!

N.I ordered 12 long stemmed red roses for Valentine’s day from their website. The roses were lovely and arranged very nicely. No problems with delivery, arriving around lunchtime (that I had asked for). The roses lasted well at home too, wife very happy & bonus points for me at home. They did not have her specific brand on the website, so I called to check and within 2 mins her favourite brand for me to carry online with my purchase. J.Amazing service! The team went above and beyond in terms of their service and my friend absolutely loved the orchid plant she received for her birthday! The reason the service was so exceptional for me was because I accidentally entered the wrong date for delivery when placing my order online but actually needed the gift to be delivered on that same day! The sales team contacted me shortly after my order to confirm the delivery date but I only saw the email at the very end of the day (4:45pm!) and realised I had the wrong date! I was so upset as I knew it was very unlikely my friend would receive her birthday gift that same day. I emailed the sales team back to highlight the error I had made and to see the soonest they could deliver the gift. I got an email right back to say that they would get the courier out straight away and sure enough my friend received her gift within 30mins! I was so impressed with their willingness to help even right at the end of the working day! Fantastic service and highly recommended!
L.at 1pm on valentines day i called the Best of the Bunch Florist Wellington and was greeted by a lovely man. I asked if it was possible to get an order delivery TODAY. much to my surprised he said YES i can delivery and make a gift basket just for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if my last minute cry for help wasnt bad enough i also called to change the card message as the courier was there picking my gift up for delivery.......but as accommodation as they are he put paused on the courier to change my card.

Amanda also put together a bouquet and sent me a photo via email when I was deciding on the flowers. I was in Australia thus this was very helpful. I.Amazing customer service and the most beautiful flowers - they tried to deliver them at lunch time on a Saturday and I wasn't in so they kept them in a cool place so they wouldn't wilt and delivered them at 6pm - what kind people. The flowers lasted and came in a huge vase - would highly recommend this fabulous florist.

The driver apparently went back just to pick up my last minute order! I still remember it and if I will ever be sending flowers again, I will go no place else!!! Regards!

M.Wow what service. While I was browsing the website I wanted to check that they had a particular flower so I gave them a call only to get the answer phone. I left a message but after not receiving a call back within 30mins decided to place the order anyway (no big deal). The flowers were delivered within 2 hours of me placing my order and I received a very apologetic phone call the next day explaining that my voicemail had been missed. Im happy with the service - website easy to use and delivery was fast. And I am also very happy with the follow up call and apology. I understand things get missed but this was dealt with in a very professional and kindly manner.
