D.I rang from Auckland in advance to order flowers for my daughter's birthday two days later. I explained all the flowers and colours my daughter did and didn't like and what I wanted on the card. Also asking for an early delivery. She was so happy with the bouquet and the photo showed all my requests were followed exactly Just lovely!
I.I buy flowers regularly for many friends and occasions, these guys offer the best priced flowers I’ve seen and they are well sized too. The website is perfect to navigate, they send you an email to check the status of your order which is a lovely addition I wasn’t expecting as it was very helpful. They are very quick with the delivery too.
H.Oh my gosh the flowers I ordered for my sister were so beautiful. A pastel coloured posie that came in this cute little vase and had such nice little roses and this little flower that looked like little snow flakes. She loved it! I would def order again from you guys, thanks so much for the fantastic service and making my sad sis smile.
K.We have used this florist twice now and both times they do not reply to our emails or call us back when we enquire on the status on our orders. They did deliver but they need to improve on communication and customer service skills so we aren't left in the dark. Our family probably aren't going to use them again because of this unfortunately. Not worth the stress.
J.I have used The Flower Boutique for over 10 years to deliver weekly flowers to my office and the flowers have always been fresh and beautiful. Sometimes the flowers last over two weeks in our office reception. Thank you for the great service.
