The team at Twisted Willow are so kind and quick to deliver. I ordered flowers for my mum after my nan passed away, and she received them within the hour of my request. I really appreciated their efficiency, and they have always delivered great quality bouquets.

We received a beautiful bouquet of tulips from Twisted Willow sent from the kind staff at Rappaw after we lost our much loved dog recently. Flowers were wrapped beautifully and lasted very well. We look forward to purchasing beautiful flowers from Kerri at Twisted Willow for our family and friends. Thank you so much.

My partner has really enjoyed the flowers I've bought here on all the occasions I've got them from here! And the staff are very helpful! I know nothing about flowers and they helped me pick an arrangement that didn't include certain flowers (like lilies) 😂

Ordered a bouquet online for my partner from accross the country. These were delivered on time and with a hand written note. Product looks exactly like what is shown online. Great service!

Kerri was absolutely wonderful to work with, she created the most beautiful bouquet that literally brought tears to my eyes. She listened to what colour schemes I liked and she picked such a wonderful selection of flowers that matched my dress and shoes. She was super detail minded and I am absolutely in awe of her work. Kerri and her team are awesome. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. Times have been incredibly stressful for everyone but Kerri makes you feel at home, and special. I bought a couple of awesome gifts for my gf and she loves them. Kerri wrapped them beautifully (despite my poor attempts at photos, they look amazing!) and they have the pleasant scent of her shop and her flowers. Awesome shop, awesome help, and the most beautiful things. I strongly recommend you go in - you will see something you love and that is the whole point - feel good factor 10+ A++++!!!!!

Twisted Willow is always my go to florist for any occasion. Kerry does an amazing job, she listens to customers preferences and adds her thoughts and ideas. This always results in personal and stunning arrangements that truly reflect the occasion and the person for which they were chosen. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has created flowers for funerals, condolence, thank you as well as leaving and birthdays. Unfortunately the flowers that we wanted for a wedding had to be cancelled due to COVID but Kerry was gracious and supportive of this too.

The new owner has transformed this florist. It now delivers stunning flowers, hard to come by indoor plants, and tasteful gifts.

We used Twisted Willow as our Wedding florist as we loved the style and look of previous bouquets we had purchased. Kerri did an outstanding job, we gave her a very high level brief of what we wanted, and she created the most amazing look that we couldn't have dreamed of ourselves! Amazingly talented, great communication and outstanding knowledge of options. She's the only florist we use now, no-one else quite gets it like her!!

I sent flowers to a friend and they delivered it promptly and my friend loved it. She sent the photo of the flowers to me and they were so beautiful, fresh & lovely colours. Price is very reasonable with vase included. Happy with the flowers & service. Keep it up. Thanks for making my friend happy.

Ordered “Must Love Dogs” online for delivery. The arrangement was so beautiful and much bigger than expected for the price. Kerri was super helpful at making some adjustments to the delivery details for me too. Highly recommend and will shop here anytime I need flowers delivered in Wellington.

I have received large bouquets of flowers from Twisted Willow Florist on a number of occasions. Some sad some happy. But always the flower arrangements have been beautiful and the flowere absolutely vibrant and fresh. In fact one arrangement lasted a month. I was so surprised at its longevity that I made a point of ringing the shop to tell them. One arrangement included dried seed pods of love-in-the-mist... I sowed the seeds and had two big planter boxes of this lovely old fashioned flower as a result. So truly a long lived arrangement that one.

When I presented Kerri with my wedding bouquet plans, we had a challenge on our hands. It was for my wedding at Zealandia Wildlife Sanctuary- which has strict rules about flora allowed inside. I showed Kerri the kind of look I was after, along with the (long) no-no list of flowers (of course, the image I showed her had many of those!) Using her knowledge of alternative flowers and foliage and imagination, she made it happen, with 1 weeks notice and amazing communication throughout. Thank you so much - highly recommended.

The flowers for our wedding were just beautiful. Michelle exceeded our expectations and even made amazing flowers to go on our baby's buggy. All of the flowers and balloons fitted very well with our colour theme. Michelle responded promptly to any requests we had. We will be recommending Twisted Willow Florist to our friends.

I have always have had a very positive experience at TWF, as an awkward Tawa male flower shopper, I feel like I can always walk in the door and the right thing is just right there or Kerri seems to just know what you want when you can't put it in sensible terms. I have always been happy with the quality of both what they produce and how they do it end to end. It's called REAL customer service, nothing out of tick box manuals for these gals.... If that isn't high enough praise then two recent events simply blew my expectations away. 1. I was stuck in Auckland (yeah) and a very close relative suddenly died in a small South Island rural town and the funeral was racing up on us, I wanted "a nice thoughtful bunch" to be delivered to the house no later than the day before, because I had been hard to get hold of and the days were running out. So how to deal with this crisis .... easy I just called Kerri late one arvo and within 24hr a "fantastic bunch" was at that rural door and the credit card was also in good shape. I believe young Bella might have scored that goal. 2. Today I needed to get a "Nice friendly bunch" to a local Tawa address ASAP, like yesterday ... what to do? Called Kerri at 1:30pm and a "fantastic bunch" was on the kitchen bench by 3pm .... half an hour ahead of the best impact time. No I don't normally buy many bunches, its normally measured in years per bunch not bunches per year. Expectations exceeded ... well more like blown to smithereens !!!!!!!

Requested a prompt/early delivery to a beloved friend at Mary Potter Hospice. Flowers got there earlier than I expected and were even more beautiful than I'd hoped. I honestly can't rate Twisted Willow highly enough - 5 Stars just doesn't do you Justice. This wasn't the first time I'd used them either just FYI. Each time I have used them, they have surpassed my expectations. Thank you xx

I went in here thinking my need for two single flowers would be a bit silly, but the florist was so lovely and helpful. Wrapped them up so beautifully. I can imagine how gorgeous a full bouquet from here would look!

Hands down the best florist I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Such an inviting, creative space that is always filled with lots of fresh flowers, both in pre-made bunches if you're in a rush and all sorts of blooms ready to be arranged to your liking. You can always count on the bunches lasting for much longer than you would expect too. With the extensive selection of gifts to choose from along with the flower selection, you don't need to go anywhere else when you need a gift for that special someone.

After being let down on the day by another florist, at 3.30pm these lovely ladies agreed to make my mum a birthday bouquet which was absolutely stunning. From my mum, me, my children and grandchildren THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Epic young lady running this shop with high attention to detail and extremly helpful for me -yet another dumb bloke who knows notthing about flowers. Very very good service! And very competitive pricing compared to other florists. Worth the trip from town thats for sure!
