Always plenty of veges here! Mostly 2nd grade produce but at a great price, they also offer supermarket quality produce at similar prices. A little bit poky for space but seems to manage well with large volumes of customers, plenty of car parking

Very good veges at a reasonable price. Wide range of veges and fruit available. Very nice displays. Easy to spot what you want and prices clearly labelled. Other products available as well. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, and will take the time to help you find what you are seeking. Good place to get veges, especially for those who don't want to pay supermarket or shop prices. Most produce is not bagged, so you can select individual fruit and veges for yourself.

One of the most liveliest vege shops and so close to where we live. Absolutely bargain prices for fruit and vege and the freshness is second to none. They also have a little store where you buy amazing real fruit ice creams. I live going there to buy the oyster mushrooms. These guys support a lot of small local growers and I admire their approach as a business to working with others in their community. They have probably the liveliest checkout ladies I've ever been served by! They are always so enthusiastic and happy.

Great place. Wide variety of fruit to choose from. Really liked the tangerines. But, lots of plastic is used especially on the veg inside. Would be good to see more encouragement on using reusable bags. I took my reusable net bag and didn’t use one single use plastic bag, I just threw everything into one!

Very fresh produce. Haven't bought fruit or vegetables at a supermarket since I discovered this place. The vegetables even last longer than supermarkets, and it is considerably cheaper as well. They also have a meat van come on the weekend selling a lot free range cuts.

Great place, wide range of vegetables &fruits on good price! I buy stuffs here every second week. You Vegeland could be a 5 star, if the plastic bag would not be available for customers!! I can see that almost everyone is using your single used plastic bag. That is pretty annoying, you are the seller who should do something against it and you are the key to help changing the mindset of many customers.

We have shopped here every week for the past 3 years but in the last 2 months have found the quality and freshness of the produce has declined. Good prices & tucker. I've been going here on & off since I first arrived in Chch but I must admit this was my first visit for about a year & why well I live way out west now. So I'm on my way home & I stop in to get mandarins, yams, a purple carrot yes its tastes purple 😋🥕 & that was about it. The fruit is gone - I love mandarins & the purple carrot is in the hotpot where it has stained everything purple lol. I also got brussel sprouts which I call little cabbages & are yummy 😋 only not everyone likes them. So if you are heading south check this place out on Marshlands rd it's worth while & your bank balance will not suffer too much lol.

Plenty of fruits and vegetables on sale. Check out their Facebook page for special offers. They also sell vege pack, fruit pack, fruit and vege pack, and keto pack. I've bought quite a few of fruits and vegetables in the past. They are fresh and organic (I don't think they use pesticides or insecticides in any of their products). It is situated on Marshland Road and is on the right hand side heading towards the Marshland BP station. The pricing is cheaper than the local supermarkets and better options as well. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. They also sell fruity ice cream. More than ever, they need our support after the nationwide lockdown.

Vegeland is great. This, however, is a review of the Real Fruit Ice Cream stall: the product is great! 5 stars. But if you guys are not gonna stock up on all the flavours the least you could do is cross out the unavailable ones so people don't wait in the queue for no reason. Twice now I have waited to get a strawberry real fruit ice cream and been told after waiting and getting to the front of the line that you're out of strawberries. The attendant even had the nerve to say Raspberries are almost the same thing! No they are not.
