I was driving around the orchards and looking for good cherries. The owner let us tried the cherries and I immediately decided to buy here.To be very honest, their cherries are the largest(32mm+) and sweetest Lapins around the area(at least for that day),$15 per kilo is cheap compared to the quality. It was a shame that I did not have time to pick up myself because we had to leave for the airport. But I am pretty sure I will be back next year!

Great day out, amazingly sweet and juicy 🍒. There are lots and very easy pickings. Tasting while picking was allowed. Amount 4 of us, we managed to gather 3 kilograms in a short time to bring along our trip. I cannot imagine how much found its into our bellies. At $15 per kg, it is a bargain given how fresh it is. We have the 🍒 in tow for 3 days and almost finished it but yet it is still so juicy and fresh. They also ship elsewhere at a cost. This place is serene with some beautiful black sheep I think for good measure. There are also a few games to keep the young ones occupied. There are a number of other places for PYO🍒 but this place I would recommend whole heartedly with the freshers most exquisitely sweet large 🍒.

Most lovely fruit picking experience ever! It’s at the end of the road and the Cheeky cherries are on the way. Don’t mind them, keep driving till the end of the road and you will find this lovely orchards with the most friendly staff. More importantly , the cherries are HUGE! Chatted with the owner and he said they don’t do exporting anymore so we got all the big ones! Super sweet and juicy. Must do experience.

Best cherry I’ve ever bought in NZ! They can provide delivery to north island. The cherry is huge. Alan is very easy to communicate and very kind! Definitely will go to PYO in the future.

Great experience! Owner is very kind, cherries are quite easy yo pick and you can have a taste while picking, no entering fees. There are also cute farm animals:)

It is $15/kg. Very big and tasty cherries. I saw some people walk from/to this spot to pick cherries when I driving to it. So I guess it's the best around locally. The owners are very nice. Very much Kid friendly.
But there is a PYO cherry place only charging $10/kg just a few minutes drive nearby. If my wife was not recommended by a friend of this place, I would possibly go for the $10 one. but i had done picking when I saw it. We have bought like 2-3kg, the owner says they would possibly last 1 week in the fridge
But this spot still worth 5 star in my opinion.

Best place to pick Cherries in Cromwell!!!
The staff were lovely and you can pick as little or as much as you like, unlike other stalls that force every member of your group to pay for a KG minimum. Very reasonable pricing and plenty of quality fruit to be picked.
Would highly recommend

Your cherries are so big, dark and sweet. Our kids enjoyed feeding the sheeps and alpaca as well. We’ll definitely come back.

Best place to pick your own cherries. One of the few places where you're allowed (encouraged even) to eat cherries as you pick! Owners Alan, Coral and Prada are great for a chat - very hospitable. I don't think there's a minimum you have pick but there's no reason not to get a kilo or two to support local!
